Excellent service experience I could not have been more pleased with the excellent service I received at Tucson Subaru this past week (May 26-28, 2015). My Dodge Durango had to be towed from Mount Lemon the day after the holiday, but Greg Stewart and his team had the vehicle diagnosed and parts ordered the very same day! I will definitely have my car serviced here again in the future and recommend them to my family and friends. More

The reason.....Dan Ford...for years he has set the standard for Excellent service !! ...He is professional ,knowledgeable and kind, and caring. I always ask for Dan. Whether I am in a panic about something, or just need to ask a question....He treats me with respect .and with patience.. ..And mostly importantly....I Trust him....I know I'm safe if Dan is advising me. Just this week, I had a flat tire, I called ,asked for Dan, as just as if I was calling "911", he asked about my safety , then reminded me of my options, roadside assistance and such....and then...of course... got "it taken care of ".....simple experience when working with Dan ! When I left the dealer, I had my new tire, I knew he had "checked out" everything else....and I was Safe to go. Thank Dan, For your continued Great Service with a Smile !! More

Shiny Venetian Red Outback I stopped in for a routine oil change and met Marcos and the Service Manager Greg. A few days prior to my appointment, someone had scratched up the h I stopped in for a routine oil change and met Marcos and the Service Manager Greg. A few days prior to my appointment, someone had scratched up the hood of my brand new 2015 Outback such that it looked like a Tic-Tac-Toe board. I asked Marcos and Greg if they could have their detail shop try to buff it out for me. Despite not knowing in advance of my desire to have these scratches buffed out, Greg and Marcos swung into action and fit me into the already swamped Service Schedule. Greg personally arranged to have one of his technicians take my Outback to the carwash so he could have one of his detail personnel try to buff out the scratches. Despite being at the end of the work day, Greg asked Caleb, a detailer to stay late and try to buff out my hood. I was absolutely floored when Caleb pulled my Outback up into the service drive for me to see. It was a mirrored shine and all the scratches were gone! Marcos gave me a copy of my service paperwork and they didn't even try to charge me for all the extra work Caleb did! Yet another superior effort and why I have continued to bring my Subaru back to Tucson Subaru time after time. Well done Gentlemen! More
Bought the car here and just had its 15000 mile service I knew I was just reaching 15,000 miles and happened to be passing by Tucson Subaru so thought I would stop and make an appointment. I spoke with Marc I knew I was just reaching 15,000 miles and happened to be passing by Tucson Subaru so thought I would stop and make an appointment. I spoke with Marcos Romero who was very nice. He said if I wanted to they could do the service right then so I did. They had a driver take me over to a restaurant where I got lunch and when I was done the wait was not much longer and everything was taken care of including a car wash. I've never had a negative experience with this dealership and highly recommend them. More

A bad experience turned very good The Service department redeemed itself when it fixed a problem at NO COST to us - I was extremely pleased. When we took our 2012 outback for a servic The Service department redeemed itself when it fixed a problem at NO COST to us - I was extremely pleased. When we took our 2012 outback for a service which required the tires to be rotated and an alignment completed, we were informed it could not be completed because they did not have the right size bolts (we are from Canada and perhaps the difference was metric)...No problem for they were going to order a new part pronto and said they would call within the week...no call and I called them....Yep they said the part was in... so we drove an hour to get there and were informed they did not have the part...Well we were steamed by then. The Service Manager was very apologetic and said he would fix the problem for us at no cost...He was good to his word and the next appointment, the wheels were realigned (a good thing for they were badly out of alignment) and we were content knowing that our 4,000km drive home would be safe. We would recommend the dealer and especially the service department. Well done!!!! More

The day of the appointment, I barely had stopped my vehicle and someone was already greeting me, asking how they could assist me. Expecting to have to fill out paperwork for the work and loaner, I was very pleasantly surprised that someone had taken the initiative and had everything filled out, ready for my signature. After making sure the loaner was acceptable to me, I was on my way in less than 15 minutes. I received another pleasant surprise later that same day, when they called and advised the work was compete and I could pick up my car. Garret Gebhart was very helpful, courteous, and efficient. I didn't get the name of the young lady that helped me with the paperwork, but she deserves kudos as well. More

I knew as soon as I met these two pros my car was in highly competent hands and they did not disappoint, my Subaru had a very subtle rhythmic thump and vibration at highway speed, after Mr Garcia made the necessary repairs he and I test drove my Forester at which time he explained what he found, how he found and then describe the repairs, I am also a repair technician (retired) although in a different field I recognized your teams in depth knowledge and professionalism. I also would like to thank Bob Wilson, Steve Willis and your friendly shuttle drivers, what a great group of pros you have! More
