Impressive Level of Customer Service I have a 6 mo old Legacy that I love. A few days ago the tire pressure alert appeared on my dashboard. I called the service department and they told m I have a 6 mo old Legacy that I love. A few days ago the tire pressure alert appeared on my dashboard. I called the service department and they told me to just bring the car in without an appointment. I was assisted by several service department employees. After discovering a nail in my tire, they found that they did not have the replacement tire in stock. I was immediately provided with a 2016 Forester as a loaner car. Anthony Marquez gave me his business card and kept me updated. I picked up my Legacy today and Anthony got me in and out in no time, with a brand new tire. I have been very impressed with everyone I have dealt with at Tucson Subaru and would recommend this dealership to everyone. More
Excellent service I brought my car in to service because rear seatbelts in my vehicle were not properly retracting. Because of this, my children would have a very hard I brought my car in to service because rear seatbelts in my vehicle were not properly retracting. Because of this, my children would have a very hard time buckling up and would have to re-tighten their seatbelts periodically. Dan Ford was the service advisor I worked with. He was very knowledgeable, professional and was able to quickly have the problem verified and parts ordered. When I returned to have the repair made I was surprised by just how quickly the vehicle was taken back and the repairs completed. The kids are very happy to have seatbelts that work properly, and I am glad that they are as safe as possible now. Dan definitely made the entire process painless and was great to work with. Fixed my car for $120 cheaper than expected!! My service advisor Dan Ford was extremely polite and made the whole experience extremely simple. I was back home with my car within an hour and a half My service advisor Dan Ford was extremely polite and made the whole experience extremely simple. I was back home with my car within an hour and a half (of leaving my house) and they fixed the issue for Free. Also upon arriving both times I was greeted politely and even though Dan was my advisor everyone else was extremely happy and helpful. I don't know much about their sales team; however, If the sales team is anything like their service team you are in Good Hands. More

They allowed me to trade out of my 2014 and into a 2015. It was the easiest car deal I have ever done. No money out of my pocket and many perks, and at cost deals from them. I was so impressed with Kevin Woessner and how he handled the job. His supervisor, Loren Henry, was great also.
