Going the extra mile for a customer I realized it was time for an oil change on Friday 1/29/16 and Monday I was leaving for a medical appointment in Las Vegas, a city that it takes me 7- I realized it was time for an oil change on Friday 1/29/16 and Monday I was leaving for a medical appointment in Las Vegas, a city that it takes me 7- 8 hours to drive to from Tucson. Friday I stopped by Tucson Subaru and spoke with the manager Frank Calvillo. I didn't tell Frank I had a medical appointment in Las Vegas, just that I was leaving on Monday for the trip. However, he went out of his way to arrange an oil change that Friday afternoon and also arrange the shuttle service to take me to an appointment in Tucson during the oil change . I appreciated his willingness to make the extra effort to help me out, make my life a little easier. More

Kristen Rumler, the Service Advisor, made the appointment over the phone, met us at the service drop-off a week later, called us with updates as the work was being performed, offered us a "loaner" and finally closed us out the next day. As suspected, the vehicle required and over-night stay at the dealership. Concerns?... None. 95% of the work ever performed on this vehicle has been performed by this dealership. It now has 170,000+ miles and is performing flawlessly. Granted, the Subaru is a great vehicle. However, if it had substandard maintenance performed, it would not have lasted this long. Kudos?... High-Fives to the un-seen maintenance personnel doing the tuff jobs in the back! Crystal Ball Prediction?...Look out Service Managers... Kristen Rumler is in your rear view mirrors and approaching quickly. She will be running the place one day! Thanks Tucson Team Subaru! More

When the noise got worse Frank was diligent in diagnosing the problem, working with my warranty service, and making sure I was inconvenienced as little as possible while the repairs were made. Awesome service I love this dealership. A couple weeks ago, I suspected my car needed a new battery. I called the dealership and they got me in right away. I spent le I love this dealership. A couple weeks ago, I suspected my car needed a new battery. I called the dealership and they got me in right away. I spent less than an hour enjoying coffee and healthy snacks in the waiting area while my new battery was installed. I mentioned having a doctor's appointment that morning (wondering if my car would be ready), and the guys at the desk assured me they'd give me a ride to the doctor if my car wasn't ready. Now that's service! The few times I've had a couple very small issues with the dealership, I've received genuine apologies and all issues were resolved immediately. Hats off to the wonderful staff at Tucson Subaru. More

They gave me emergency service very quickly and thoroughly. My "check engine" light lit up and stayed on, cruise control turned off, and a swerving vehicle icon lit up.
