Very Expensive Radio I love my new 2016 Subaru Outback which I have only had for 3 days. I also loved my 2015 Subaru Outback except for having troubles with the radio f I love my new 2016 Subaru Outback which I have only had for 3 days. I also loved my 2015 Subaru Outback except for having troubles with the radio for the one year that I owned it. I had never had trouble with a new car before. They wiped the software off the system at least twice. The dealership finally worked out a trade for me into a new car with a different model radio. Nevertheless, it was a costly $7,000 radio exchange. Today 3/26/16 I tried to call the service department many times between 8 am and 9 am on this Saturday. The woman answering the phones even hand walked down a message to service to please call me. I need to make an appointment to have side moldings put on my new car. I was told that at 9 am more help would come in and they would get back to me by 9:15 a.m. They shouldn't be open on Saturday if they don't have the people to staff the operation. I called back at 9:30 a.m. and finally reached Marco who was very nice and scheduled an appointment that worked for me 3/29 at 8 am. BTW, Marco in service, has always been very polite and has tried to help me the last six months resolve my ongoing radio issues. I think he has been as frustrated as I have been. My temper has gotten the best of me a couple of times, but Marco has remained calm and has tried to help me. More
First service of my new ride: 2013 OUTBACK Scheduled the service when I purchased my 2013 Outback with the premium upgrade. Arrived at Tucson Subaru and was greeted and ushered in to the Service Department. After a brief wait due to clients being attended to, Jesse inquired into what service was to be performed today. Jesse explained to me what service had been done on my new vehicle prior to being made ready for sale. Kristen was introduced to me and further assisted me in the proper maintenance to be performed and the checks that would be made per my request/inquiry. I was then assisted by Christine for the loaner vehicle. Christine explained all of my responsibilities and pointed out some minor flaws on the exterior of the Legacy 2016, NICE vehicle! Jesse, Kristen and Christine made my first experience a pleasant one. I feel all of my concerns and needs of my vehicle were addressed. I was assisted by a gentleman, please forgive me for not remembering your name, in ordering a dash mat for the Outback. A nice reason to recommend both sales and service at Tucson Subaru More
Tucson Subaru Service DAMAGED MY CAR I brought my BRAND NEW car in for a recall. The wheels were DAMAGED by a CARELESS TECHNICIAN. Greg Stewart told me he would find some new 'take-off' w I brought my BRAND NEW car in for a recall. The wheels were DAMAGED by a CARELESS TECHNICIAN. Greg Stewart told me he would find some new 'take-off' wheels, because I didnt want my BRAND NEW wheels REPAINTED. Next thing I know, Greg Stewart decided he was NOT GOING TO REPLACE MY BRAND NEW WHEELS THAT TUCSON SUBARU DAMAGED... he would only repaint them. NO ACCOUNTABILITY. Customer comes last at Tucson Subaru. I had to practically DEMAND that Greg Stewart come out and talk to me when I found the damage. You'd think he would rush out to address the situation after learning that his department damaged a customer's car.... this, apparently, was not important enough. More
Excellent Service Department I have a 2014 Subaru Outback. I live in Flagstaff and have been using that service center for my car. I travel to Tucson frequently to visit family. I have a 2014 Subaru Outback. I live in Flagstaff and have been using that service center for my car. I travel to Tucson frequently to visit family. So I have become very familiar with Tucson Subaru as well. I have had many issues with my car. Both catalytic converters have been replaced. Yes, this is unheard of but was necessary in my car. I have also had a problem with my oil light coming on frequently and when checked it is often a quart low. This visit to Tucson was no exception as my oil light came on again. I brought it to Tucson Subaru and they performed the fourth oil consumption test. The other three have been done in Flagstaff and have come back just fine, no problem, yet no one could explain to me where my oil was disappearing to. Apparently, approximately one year ago the factory issued a bulletin that some of their cars were having this same problem with the oil level sensor. ONLY Tucson Subaru made me aware of this. They went over my car and preformed a COMPLETE service check. Something I have not experienced from Flagstaff Subaru. I would like to thank Kristen Rumler and the Tucson Subaru service department for treating me with the concern and professionalism needed to solve this problem. The looked everything over and did everything necessary to put my car into the running order that it should have been from day one. THANK YOU KRISTEN and TUCSON SUBARU. More

Marcos Romero gave me all the quotes I needed for the various 60,000 mile maintenance tasks. He knew them by heart! I'll have to go with heavier struts something more stout than the original. I appreciated that Tucson Subaru will put the struts on that I select, even if it's not what they would install. More

I want to take the time to say I always have a good experience when I come to your dealership for maintenance, yet my recent experiences on February 8 and 9, 2016 were exceptionally noteworthy. Christina Ashley answered when I called to make an appointment for my 2012 Outback. She is a breath of fresh air- so friendly, kind, effective, and professional in her approach and execution of arranging for my needs to be met. She was very informative concerning my questions regarding my warranty and the scheduled maintenance in question. Christina was graciously expeditious in handling my call, telling me what I needed to know sometimes before I got to ask her- and believe me I was! I found her to be a pleasure to talk to- she removed all stress because the call just FLOWED! I actually looked forward to coming for the appointment after speaking with her. Thank you for hiring her. When I arrived for the appointment I met Kristen Rumler for the first time. I really wonder if she and Christina might be sisters! I do not mind sounding like a sycophant, repeating myself, by saying I found Kristen to be truly friendly, kind, effective, and professional in her approach and execution also. I really am sincere in my feelings of appreciation here. I so appreciated that Kristen was the team member who I got in the handoff to actually handle my service visit and the paperwork. She anticipated my every need and when I mentioned a few others- she handled them with aplomb. I appreciate that she actually showed me the paperwork with her notations of what the service personnel would do. The service was done wonderfully. I was pleasantly surprised that she remembered to inform me of the correct plug appropriate to use for my 100W power inverter after requesting the information from the mechanics when I had forgotten. Kristen was always on point, never seeming harried or bothered, yet always expeditious. I loved her kindness and professionalism! At the end of my service visit I was happy to make payment to such a wonderful business as yours. Kevin Gribble was very helpful and patient with me regarding my concerns with my anticipated upscaling to the newest model Outback in the near future. He was informative and kind. I look forward to working with him. Lynette the shuttle driver was a pleasure to be around. I thought it was very kind when she suggested that it would be better for me not to have to wait a long time for another shuttle since I only had to quickly pick up something. I was prepared to wait, having brought a book along with me. Her suggestion was better, she waited instead and I was in and out in about ten minutes. Her kindness made me feel good. I feel she too was friendly, kind, effective, and professional in her approach and expeditious execution of her job. Ian Ellis and The Mechanics are always so nice to do the work so well and never leave my car dirty or anything untoward. I appreciate that and think that is kind also! Experience with service department. February 1, 2016, arrived at the dealership for scheduled maintenance. The day was damp and windy. We were immediately greeted by the service manager, who promptly found our folder and carefully explained everything that would be done to our Subaru Forester during servicing. He asked if there were any concerns or problems. We had them check the wiper blades. My wife and I spent a comfortable 2 and half hours in the lounge, watching, TV, reading and chatting with other Subaru owners. All of the staff of Tucson Subaru were cheerful and friendly. When the coffee ran out, fresh grounds were added to the coffee maker, keeping the supply fresh and hot. We were advised our car would be ready in 15 minutes and it was. Our wait was pleasant, and best of all, our Forester was parked close to the door, engine running and heater on. A welcome thing on a chilly day. Thank you to all the staff at Tucson Subaru. You all are the greatest. More

No One told me it should not be driven!!! Sorry. NO LONGER A SUBARU FAN for Service or sales and since this is the only S. Dealer with in approx. 40 miles of my house since you have moved at least 4 times since 1987... I will have to look else where . I did call to say thank you for my birthday card even though my birthday is in JULY and the card came January. OH! My car is a 2005 Legacy with approx.73,545 miles.!!!! Forgot to mention this is my 5th to 7th Subaru including my daughters 3!!!!! M. C.Reichard More
