On-the-ball Service; Don't let your wife see the "loaner" First, you can't even open your door when you drive up, before a service tech is standing there ready to take down your information. If it's a repair First, you can't even open your door when you drive up, before a service tech is standing there ready to take down your information. If it's a repair you want to wait for, they have a cushy lounge with wifi, a bigger flat screen (I watched the Diamondbacks game) than mine, coffee, water and best of all, fresh fruit. Most recently I had the 60k service done on my 2013 Outback and a number of minor repairs that included parts they needed to order. They "loaned" me a brand new, 2016 Impreza, which I only now realize was sales strategic brilliance. The missus is seriously enamored with that sporty little roadster and its made her minivan look woefully inadequate. The service techs kept us updated on progress with the car, thoroughly explained what needed and didn't need to be done and gave us a free car wash when it was all over. Best place and folks in town. Just don't let your wife see the "loaner". More

What geniune customer service is really about! I bought my first Subaru Forester in 2010 after being in the market for a small SUV. After test driving a few other vehicles in that class, I quickly released the Forester was the right vehicle for me. Yet what was more amazing was the outstanding service I received from day one. I can say with utmost certainty I have been around the block with dealing with many car companies, as well as multiple service shops and only less than a few have been worth the time of day. Yet when it comes to Tucson Subaru, I never had less than impeccable service. I am now into my 2nd Subaru Forester (2015) and still to this day, continue to not only have a very reliable and great driving vehicle, but also the integrity of Tucson Subaru remains strong and unwavering. I want to especially thank and recognize Trent Nichols. Trent exemplifies everything a true professional is all about. With Trent, it's not about how many cars he can sell, but the experience he can bring to his customers; someone who cares about doing it right the right time and every time. No matter what demands are placed on his time, he will always do his best to address your concerns and respond to you promptly. I can't tell you how refreshing it is to see folks really exercise the true meaning of customer service, where so many others promote/talk about it as their core values, while in reality don't deliver. It is truly a pleasure to share this review as I really want people to know there are still genuine business entities out there like Tucson Subaru. They certainly have an All-Star in Mr. Nichols and I just hope they know what a gem they have in their sale's department! Many thanks!!!! Paul Peterson (proud Forester owner) More

Buying and service at Tucson Subaru Buying our Subaru with Joe Micoletti was a pleasure. No high pressure or any pressure. We enjoyed talking with him as he went over all the features of Buying our Subaru with Joe Micoletti was a pleasure. No high pressure or any pressure. We enjoyed talking with him as he went over all the features of our Forester. We even got to take it home that afternoon. Have been in for service three times, routine, and have had speedy service, and a thorough inspection of our Forester. Staff is courteous, friendly and the lounge is an excellent place to wait. My wife and I highly recommend Tucson Subaru for its staff, service and reliable vehicles. More

To mitigate my inconvenience , my salesman Bob dropped off a loaner car at my house...and then dropped off my car when it was done! Service with a smile and great follow up by my salesman. Thanks Guys! More
On-line customer service is pathetic Chat session Agents consistently lie when they say that they'll call you back with information or schedule the appointment. 4 on-line inquiries and n Chat session Agents consistently lie when they say that they'll call you back with information or schedule the appointment. 4 on-line inquiries and never 1 call received! I ended up going to the dealership, instead, which is very far from where I live. Get rid of the on-line chat or the liars that deal directly with the customers. I've never before encountered such a MESSED UP service. More

They sent their Tek guy out and he programmed the Blue Tooth between my Outback and new cell phone. It was like 90° and he just smiled, sat there twiddling dials, and got me all set up. Quick car concern remedied Purchased a used Subaru recently and during the great sales experience, for a first time Subaru owner, a minor detail was overlooked. I stopped by Purchased a used Subaru recently and during the great sales experience, for a first time Subaru owner, a minor detail was overlooked. I stopped by Tucson Subaru to see if they might be able to fit me in for this minor concern without an appointment-a Friday morning too. Kristen, Service Advisor, asked for the keys, had me sign a release to do the job, and escorted me to the lounge. Approximately 45 minutes later I was on the road with the concern dealt with and my windows cleaned too! Great sales and service staff and exceptionally clean showroom and customer lounge. Thanks Kristen and to Jonathon Flores, service tech, for the fast - friendly service. More
60000 mile service Frank embodies all you could ask for in a service advisor. He recommended that some services NOT be performed because they were not needed. He made Frank embodies all you could ask for in a service advisor. He recommended that some services NOT be performed because they were not needed. He made sure that all critical functions were inspected and reported back. And all work was performed in a timely fashion. The owner's manual recommended a coolant flush. Frank went to the service bay and determined that the car had blue antifreeze that did not require changing at this time. He made sure the belts and brake linings were properly inspected and determined that no work was necessary. In short, he instilled confidence in the dealership and gave me the feeling that no unnecessary work was being billed. More
