Warranty Work I have a 2015 WRX that was having clutch issues. Dropped it off at Tucson Subaru, they provided me a loaner car and a day later my car had a new clut I have a 2015 WRX that was having clutch issues. Drop-in service request When I purchased my 2013 Subaru from Tucson Subaru in February of 2016, I didn't notice the wheel locks on the tires/rims of my vehicle. I finally When I purchased my 2013 Subaru from Tucson Subaru in February of 2016, I didn't notice the wheel locks on the tires/rims of my vehicle. I finally tore the car apart searching for a hidden compartment the previous owners may have stashed the corresponding lug nut lock-no luck. Stopped by this morning and explained my predicament to Dan Ford in the service department. Dan took care of the customers who were ahead of me and then worked me in and took care of my problem. This is my second unscheduled visit to Tucson Subaru service department and, again, I was taken care of in record time. Thanks Dan and all of you in the service department. More

Amazing dealership . After several issues with tire pressures, the dealership responded to my frustrations promptly and mounted four new tires on my Forester. Never in . Never in my dreams did i think they would honor my request for new tires. I love this dealership, especially Bob Wilson who has always followed through on any of my concerns for the past 3 years. I also commend the service department for thoroughly following through on my issues. This is a great dealership and the Subaru Forester is an outstanding vehicle. I LOVE My Subaru. More
Went above and beyond! Came in from out of town to have the car serviced and new tires put on. There was a slight mix up with scheduling but Marcos saw to it that everythin Came in from out of town to have the car serviced and new tires put on. There was a slight mix up with scheduling but Marcos saw to it that everything got done in one day--including locating the tires I needed at another store and having them brought over and installed, all in one trip! Kept me notified of everything along the way. Exceptional service and caring employees! (Also love the waiting area!) More
