I think they overbooked themselves because the wait time for everyone was really long. 3.5 hours for me for an oil change. Room was filled with people and reps were apologizing. Recently I scheduled a service but due to a family emergency I wasn't able to keep it. I was in town with my dad at TMC. Trent and Dan got me in and serviced my car with only hours notice. Neither of them had any reservations. They just did it and got my car back to me with in a couple hours when I expected them to squeeze me in some time during the day. I expected an all day wait which would have been worth it anyway. No words can describe my/our gratitude for helping. More

Dan is the man! CJ is a great guy to buy a car from. He knows his Subaru. He convinced me that an outback was a good it and I couldn't be more happy with my purchase. Dan is the service tech that took my Outback in to check in intermittent starting issues. I was convinced that it couldn't be the battery but it turns out it was. Dan saw that I was 400 miles over the factory warranty, had the extended in place, but had only owned the car for 5 weeks. He took care of the battery and didn't charge me. I'll be taking my Subaru here for service for the life of the car. More
Service satisfaction The tires on my Outback 2013 were getting a little long in the tooth so I decided a couple of weeks ago to come in to the dealership and talk with Dan The tires on my Outback 2013 were getting a little long in the tooth so I decided a couple of weeks ago to come in to the dealership and talk with Dan Ford. I had conferred with Dan after I had purchased my Subaru back in February about maintaining my new ride at peak efficiency. Dan had a printed flyer with the available tires for light off-roading for my needs. I found a tire that meets my requirements and Dan scheduled my service date. At the dealership today and just as Dan had estimated, he had me back on the road after the tire change, 4-wheel alignment and oil/filter change in three hours. Again, satisfied with the great service available at Tucson Subaru. Thanks to all of the friendly sales/service personnel. More

Larsen Al Najjar Larsen was absolutely fantastic in helping me resolve a parts problem today. The lower cover of my driver side mirror cover had been stolen from my 20 Larsen was absolutely fantastic in helping me resolve a parts problem today. The lower cover of my driver side mirror cover had been stolen from my 2017 Forester, and I came in to see what was involved in getting it replaced. He checked to see if it was covered by my warranty; it wasn't. The suggestion to him was that I file an insurance claim, but I expected that the part would cost less than my $300 deductible. The part actually cost only $30! Larsen stayed with me for the whole process of buying the part, then put it on himself, making sure it was well and correctly installed. I really appreciate his attention and patience throughout this whole process. Thank you, Larsen! More
