My car was in the shop for multiple weeks and they never called me. Even when confronted with the lack of communication it didn't seem to matter. The problems were never fixed. As for the vehicle. Very Frustrating Experience with the Service and Repair Dept I own a 2012 Forester and have been taking my vehicle into this dealership for maintenance over the last year. With simple tasks like oil changes and I own a 2012 Forester and have been taking my vehicle into this dealership for maintenance over the last year. With simple tasks like oil changes and tire rotations they are adequate. Recently my air conditioner was making a concerning noise, but otherwise working fine, so I had them check it out. After multiple visits and inaccurate diagnosis, I ended up spending $400 and the noise was still there. They then proposed changing the entire compressor for $1000. I ended up declining anymore service and am currently looking for a new place to take my car for maintenance and repairs. More
