Motorized Tailgate Repair I had an issue with the motorized tailgate on my under-warranty Subaru. It only worked manually after having been at a local car wash. When I picked up my car, with everything operational again, I received documentation of the repair. This gave me a chance to inform the car wash company about what NOT to do to similar vehicles. Thus, it helps them to avoid causing this problem in the future. Win/win all around. More

They verified that the repair was covered by warranty, ordered the parts and made an appointment for the repair which was only a few days later. The repair was expertly done in less than a day, and I was extremely satisfied with the customer service I received and the quality of the work. Special thanks to Scott Gregg, the Service Manager, who was very helpful in dealing with the warranty issues and making sure the repairs were completed, and to Scott Clanton, the Service Advisor that I worked with, who did everything possible to make sure I was satisfied and well taken care of. I cannot say enough about the customer service and the friendly and caring staff at Tucson Subaru. More

Scott was helpful; the dealer not so much I took my 10 year old Subaru Forester in to have the AC fixed because it was not working. With over 100K in miles, I expected that the service techs I took my 10 year old Subaru Forester in to have the AC fixed because it was not working. With over 100K in miles, I expected that the service techs would find additional issues; Scott communicated those issues clearly, but the cost of the repairs was soon more than the value of the car. When I went to pick up the car, I was asked to wait in the showroom while the paperwork was prepared. I wandered around looking at vehicles and obviously interested in learning about the new models for over 30 minutes and NO ONE ever stopped me to ask if I wanted to learn more about the vehicles. My family was considering another Subaru, but no one seemed interested in our business. We even told the service people that we wanted to trade in the old Subaru for a new one, but still no one contacted us or talked to us about it. The number of repairs recommended by the service department made us question the longevity of their product and the lack of communication and interest in our business made us decide to go to the Honda dealer down the street. More

Good thing they have a full supply of fresh coffee to go with all those cookies. I'd suggest that if your craving some sweats hurry on down, cause we've got an hour wait and a big sweet tooth. Ring the kids. They can watch a movie and play. Lots of fresh fruit for them. By the way, buy a new car. I'm loving the red outback. Looks good on me!!??👍 More
