Post buying experience less than stellar. Had a great experience with Tucson Subaru throughout the buying experience. Fast forward to the first scheduled maintenance. The appointment was made when I bought my new Outback and was told it would be painless considering the first 24 months are free. So I show up for my appointment wait 30 minutes for an advisor to talk to me then he proceeds to tell me it will be $108.00 for an oil change. I tell him it's free and he looks at me like I'm an idiot. He claims never heard of such a thing. So he disappears comes back nearly ten minutes later and said the GM said yes. I am not impressed. I was hounded after the delivery if my new Outback to give a perfect survey and if I could not then don't submit survey. I hope this dealership is more about customer service rather than survey results. Like I said the buying process was great since then not do great. Upon completion of my service visit the advisor was able to make things right, therefore I changed my review from 3 to 4 stars. More
