Great service! We have recently relocated from out of state where we purchased our 14' Forester. When all of my dash warning lights came on last week I dreaded dealing with a new dealership in a new city. I called Tucson Subaru and everything was handled professionally and smoothly. My vehicle was repaired quickly. Dan in service was great! He communicated often and clearly. I have worked in the automotive industry myself for many years and I've seen customer service all over the board. Tucson Subaru's customer car is top notch! Thank you! More

Always Helpful when you need them Drove car out of driveway only to discover left tire flat as a pancake. Local gas station owner recommended I switch to spare and take immediately to Subaru dealership as tire under warranty. Receptionist able to squeeze me in immediately. Service rep Jade Hilliard did super job of explaining hows, and whys of necessary servicing. All services completed in record time so I could make another appointment. Very happy! More

Today was my first service appointment with Chris...super nice, very welcoming & informative with my questions. Walking around the dealership waiting, every employee smiles and inquire to wether or not any assistance was needed. I had a great conversation with Traci who does finance about my Crosstrek and decided I should look at newer and/or different models. I spoke with Terry who discussed options (VERY IMFORMATIVE) he set me up with Sean and he took me for a test drive in the Outback and gave me all the differences between the cars. These guys know everything about anything that is Subaru...this is why I come back and continue to spread the word. I have a feeling my next review will be about the purchase of a new Outback :) Thank you very much to Chris Fisher, Traci Roberts, Terry Iseminger & Sean Johnson!!! More

They are there to make sure they take care of every single person that comes through their doors regardless of buying a car or getting issues handled that other dealerships caused. With Trent and Dan, in sales and service, they were more then helpful to get our vehicle fixed right that another cause so many problems and headache. Their level of communication, respect and commitment to make sure far surpasses any dealership I have ever been to. Tucson as a community is very lucky to have a team like Tucson Subaru. More

Quick to handle problems Several weeks ago I posted a negative review after I had a bad experience with the service dept. In this experience my car was undrivable and I was gi Several weeks ago I posted a negative review after I had a bad experience with the service dept. In this experience my car was undrivable and I was given a car by the dealership to drive while the part was on back order. I was given less than 24 hours notice to return the car on a week day when I was at work, and things were said to me that were very unprofessional. When I let the dealership know about this situation they responded to my concerns the night of my review being written and after business hours. They were extremely quick to work out a plan that fit my work schedule and the repair. I was actually called by the service manager and given an apology for the things that were said the next day. On the day that I picked up my car Ken Murch, my sales professional, met me outside and walked me over to the service center to pick up my car and talk to the service team. I was called again the next day by the dealership to make sure my problem was fixed and everything was handled accordingly. I think it's impossible for a business to handle every situation well, but I was extremely impressed with how quickly and efficiently my problem was fixed and will continue to use this dealership for my future purchases. More
