Great service and customer care I took my car into Tucson Subaru for a battery. My older one was starting to give out with slow start ups and I was concerned taking it out of town on I took my car into Tucson Subaru for a battery. My older one was starting to give out with slow start ups and I was concerned taking it out of town on vacation. I didn't have an appointment which I usually do whenever i get service. The service advisors are always on the spot to help and Jesse met me as I got out. He listened to my my problem. He gave me a couple options and I decided just to get a new battery. Mine was old and a bit past the mileage. I didn't think it would be covered. He told me it would be about a half hour which was great without an appointment. I grabbed a seat in the lounge and five minutes later he walked over to me and said he had spoke with service manager and they were going to replace it good faith at no charge. I have to say I was surprised. Almost no business now days backs their products like this and no cars I have owned prior to Subaru ever has. This kind of service,quality and care for their customer is why I will never own anything other than a Subaru. Most dealerships just find ways to get more money. The crew at Tucson Subaru went above and beyond to help me keep mine. Outstanding service and customer care. In my opinion the best dealership in Tucson. Twenty minutes later I'm back in my car enjoying my vacation with a brand new battery. Great job team Tucson Subaru!! More
30,000 mile service On 9/20/17 we brought our 2013 Subaru Forester for service at Tucson Subaru on Oracle Road. We were told it would be an approximate 4 1/2 hour wait, s On 9/20/17 we brought our 2013 Subaru Forester for service at Tucson Subaru on Oracle Road. We were told it would be an approximate 4 1/2 hour wait, since we were also having 4 new tires mounted and a new battery besides the regular service. It was discovered the lower control arm bushings were cracked and we elected to replace them. In spite of the added work, the Forester was ready to roll at 11:45. The mechanics and service staff are courteous, do not try to push you to have work done and even told us we could wait on the bushings until the next time we came in. The customer waiting area is clean, quiet and comfortable, with coffee, fruit and cookies available. Even water and kibbles for your dog. I highly recommend this dealership for its wonderful, caring staff. Chris Fisher handled our service and was friendly, caring and helpful with our questions. More

But depending on how my current auto service provider handles the oil leak that was to have been taken care of last January, I may be back.
