She quickly dispensed with a few questions about Eyesight and Navigation, and continued with a thorough explanation of some of the deeper instrumentation and settings. Also, Darla sent us a very helpful video showing us how to synch the rear view mirror with our garage door opener. Dissappointed I have no complaint about the service and courtesy extended by all employees with whom I came in contact at Tucson Subaru. The facilities were extraordinarily well-kept and comfortable. A courtesy car was provided, a new Crosstrek. Very nice. But I do wish to register a strong complaint, which if is received as has become the custom nowadays, will go without response or responsibility. I took my Forrester in for repairs to the air conditioner. It had simply stopped working. I have had the Forrester for just a little more three years. It is impossible to conclude realistically that the problem had simply been wear and tear. In all the years I have owned vehicles, have I had any difficulty with air conditioners. I believe the air conditioning unit had to have been faulty from the beginning and, though out of warranty should have been replaced gratis by Subaru...a company which I have admired for its attention to quality and service. I now have a new overpriced compressor and stuck with a bill for $1340+ for replacement of a part which should not have been installed in the first place. More

I hinted around at possibly just doing an oil change and Jason was quick to point out how beneficial and critical it was to perform its first complete major maintenance for not just the car, but for the warranty as well. Thank you for not shopping out of your pocket and recommending the absolute best for me and my vehicle. Part inventory I purchased a 2016 Subaru from this dealership. The experience was very good and when I brought the car in for maintenance, I have had a great experience. Here is my issue. Recently the passenger seat airbag sensor went on. I have been told it will be a month or month and a half before they have the part. I have owned numerous cars and have never heard of this. I actually had two issue with a Toyota Avalon and Hyundai Gensis I owned and the Toyota dealer fixed the car for free even though it was out of warranty and the Genesis Regional Manager took care of me because my car was in the shop for a month. I was given a loaner by the Dealership and I can than Dan Ford, but it's not the same as my car. I have asked Gil Warren the salesperson numerous times to give me the names of the dealer manager or district manager and all he wanted to do was sell me another 2018 Forester. And not for a great price! Gil has totally refused to give me the names or numbers of anyone that I can elevate this issue to. If you call the Dealership you have a choice for sales, service or if you know the extension enter it. I could not talk to anyone. This issue is more about the company than the dealership but they sure are not escalating the issue to anyone in the company. More
