Excellent Service It was our first standard service for our new 2017 Subaru Outback, which was provided in thorough detail— and it was quick and easy to understand. I stayed there to do some work and enjoyed some of their lobby amenities. Power and USB ports were easily accessible and I also enjoyed a cup of coffee. The service was completed in about 1.75 hours, which is was what I expected. I was also provided detailed results of the service in a quick and efficient manner. Needs some changes First thing you see upon arrival is arrows on the signs and pavement pointing one direction and most of the cars in those lanes pointing the other. Nearly had a head on with a service technician bringing a car out when we were driving in. He was going against the arrows. and driving faster than he should have been. This is parking area not a race track. Even with an appointment we still had to wait about 15 minutes before we were seen. We have had our vehicle serviced at Tucson Subaru before but this is the worst service we have ever seen. Once the vehicle was accepted the service was completed in a very timely manner. There was some confusion when we retrieved the vehicle as the attendant kept asking the name of the service supervisor. It must not have been on the paperwork or someone needs glasses and reading instructions. More
