Labor Rate of $186/hr on Keyswitch Fix I paid over $500 to have the keyswitch park interlock fixed at 60 K miles on a 2014 Crosstrek. That is poor vehicle reliability, but things happen, a I paid over $500 to have the keyswitch park interlock fixed at 60 K miles on a 2014 Crosstrek. That is poor vehicle reliability, but things happen, and Tucson Subaru fixed the problem. The $130 diagnosis was fair, as was the $90 part, but over $187/hr additionally for the less than 90 minutes actually taken to fix it was not. Or, if you say the $410total charged labor for the 3 hours Subaru possessed the car (not worked on it, but possessed it), the rate would still be $135/hr. Either way, the labor charge was excessive. Also, when Gregg, the Service Manager, sent a robot feedback form, which I tried to reply to, the robot said I had already replied. Not true. More

We were driven to a market of our choice to shop, instead of having to wait until after repairs. We were promptly picked up, our car was ready and our purchases were placed in the trunk. This could not have been a better experience. This was a recall for airbag replacement and I'm sure the dealership did not make much money on this, but they did make a returning customer. More

This time it was just oil change, tire rotation, filters replaced and was completed in under an hour. That’s service! That’s my expectation for making an appointment. More
