In this regard, Dan Ford is truly outstanding. I learn something valuable EVERY TIME that I talk with him because he is clearly dedicated to helping me to get the maximum benefit from my Subaru. Dan Ford is the best service advisor that I have ever worked with during my six decades of car ownership. He really reflects well upon your dealership and performs his job at the highest level. Clearly, this will translate into customer loyalty because I bought my Outback at Tucson Subaru, I have had it serviced exclusively at Tucson Subaru and I will never take it anywhere else.
