The different applications and how to operate them is a bit of a challenge if you have not been using these kinds of systems. The orientation by Darla was extremely helpful and her knowledge and ability to communicate complex procedures was very helpful. I'll be back for additional help as I try to get familiar with all of the apps. More

He was great to work with and he answered all my maintenance schedule questions. He also took care of my warranty repair. He showed me the parts to be replaced and explained the repair process to me. I really appreciated him taking his time to do that. I live out of Tucson so he arranged to let me use a loaner car. That was very considerate. Emily the lady who walked me through the loaner car process was very patience and helpful. It is great going to Tucson Subaru! I would also like to mention Ken Murch. He was our Sales Consultant when we purchased our Forester. I have never had an faster and a more pleasant experience buying a new car. More

The Forrester is loaded with all kinds of helpful features on everything from driving assistance to the audio system to tracking vehicle and driver performance and many more. Learning to operate all with facility takes a while, but the Subaru team is great and proactive at getting drivers up to speed as it were. Darla contacted me and offered to meet to go over things and answer any questions I had. Our sales agent, Kevin MacDougall, was very helpful in this regard but it was nice to also have Darla give a most helpful refresher course. More
