Dishonest, inattentive, uncaring rip off artists. I am a widow who has always believed in people's basic honesty. This place really opened my eyes. I had several items I needed repaired on my car. I am a widow who has always believed in people's basic honesty. This place really opened my eyes. I had several items I needed repaired on my car. Talked to a service tech. told him what was needed and he wrote it all down. When I picked up my car, I had just been released from the hospital for a hip replacement. Assuming my requests had been followed, I picked up the car. I got home, read the invoice and realized that although specific instructions were on it, the things I DID NOT want done, like an Oil change, were done anyway. The items I wanted done were NOT DONE. I was charged for an oil change when the car had only 1,105 miles from the last oil change. My car has had Synthetic oil in it since it was new. However Three times this dealership has used Conventional Oil. Only the last time did they use Synthetic oil. Don't they even read the MFG. recommendations? I would NEVER buy a new car from this place and will never recommend my friends take their cars there for any sort of repairs. I have found a very honest reputable service place who is honest and reasonable. More

Darla was wonderful and I learned so much more about my car! Trent, Traci, and Darla have all made purchasing a new car a wonderful experience. More

The number of options and settings are so numerous compared to my previous '05 Subaru, that after a month of driving the new '18 model, I had barely discovered what could be done with all the new features. The salesperson went over many of the features during the purchase process, but this followup meeting with Darla really helped me understand them better and will allow me make use of them quicker and more effectively. The $50 gas card Subaru throws in when you attend this walkthrough was a sweet touch. More

When I showed up I was told that only one person did that and she, Darla, was already booked for several hours and that I should not have made a service appointment. (Darla was curt and a bit dismissive when I spoke with her.) I asked why I was not referred to her when I made my appointment as I had no way to know to ask for her. The agent I was speaking with said 'just a minute' as he stepped away to finish other paperwork. He came back shortly with the manager and another agent. The manager instructed the other agent to help me which he promptly did. I appreciated my issue being handled so quickly. More
