I recently had a service appointment for an exhaust system repair. I made my appointment on-line and I was promptly greeted by my service advisor, Dan Ford, at my appointment time. After dropping off m system repair. I made my appointment on-line and I was promptly greeted by my service advisor, Dan Ford, at my appointment time. After dropping off my Forester, Dan walked me to the loaner desk and I was on my way in a matter of minutes. Dan called me twice during the day to update me on the status of my vehicle. Returning the loaner and picking up my car was also convenient. I keep coming back to Tucson Subaru because of exceptional service provided by Dan Ford. More
