I've been thinking about buying a Subaru for a while. When Tucson Subaru moved to a new location I decided to go take a look. I was interested in the Forester, and he did a great job of explaining the differences between the models. Instead of stressful, the process of actually purchasing the car was quite relaxed. Traci made the process very straight forward, and I didn’t feel pressured to add extras; although I did add the ones I wanted. When I brought the car in a couple of days later for window tinting and Xzilon coating I was given a loaner; once again, a pleasant experience. Ivan, my service person, was extremely helpful and friendly. This was the first time that I actually enjoyed the process of buying a car! More

I'm not sure I can really place into words how grateful I am for these people. CJ is an exceptional person to work with because 1) He really likes his job and believes in the company he works for grateful I am for these people. After chatting with him for some time, it was apparent that he was incredibly well versed and personally invested in the Subaru brand. He was able to ask the right questions and got me really excited about new line-ups of Impreza's and WRX's. He followed up with me over the next few days, from his personal phone on his personal time, to ensure that I felt I was making the right decision for my next ride. I'm really happy with his level of service and commitment and would gladly recommend him by name to anyone who is interested in buying or just learning more about Subaru cars. More
