I felt informed and unpressured in my decision to make a purchase, which put me at ease to eventually buy a vehicle. Price negotiation was respectful and without games. Would recommend purchasing a vehicle to anybody without hesitation. More
Purchasing our new 2014 Subaru Outback @ Tucson Subaru Same Week ... no hot water ... I need hearing aids?! (ugh!) ... and beloved 2006 Nissan Pathfinder died! So the last thing I wanted to do was spar wi Same Week ... no hot water ... I need hearing aids?! (ugh!) ... and beloved 2006 Nissan Pathfinder died! So the last thing I wanted to do was spar with a car dealer over a new car! I never considered a Subaru, but I've bumped into so many people that LOVE them, it was a stop I needed to make ... especially after watching their bright and shiny new dealership go up on Oracle Rd. The first guy that approached me was Steve Willis with a name tag that said ... Ann Arbor, Michigan ... the home of my alma mater! Go Blue! What's not to like? There's more: He started saying things very "non car salesman" like. Things not usually heard in a car dealership. Blatantly honest things ... imagine that? Steve is the opposite of high pressure and he just kept at it until I had all my questions answered. I heard "I don't know" several times ... and then he'd disappear only to return shortly with the answer I wanted. I actually had fun buying a car! It turned out ... with absolutely no coordination ... that a close friend also bought a Subaru the night before I bought mine ... he said, "My sales guy ... Bob Wilson ... was great! ... you got deal with him! ... well, I wasn't about to give up on Steve, so I met Bob ... liked him ... and kept on with Steve, because he is just the type of guy I want to work with when shopping for a new car. The typical meeting with the New Car Sales Manager wasn't typical. I received one cost quote for my new Outback ... it was better than I thought it would be ... better than my friend's deal ... and that's what I paid. I enjoyed getting to know both John (the GSM) and Steve and have received calls, since my purchase, from the both of them as well as another Sales Manager I met, whose name I can't remember. All in all, a very good experience. And, I am very happy with our new Outback ... and the 0% interest for 63 months. (Tim Hanson handled our paperwork and financing and was very helpful (he helped my friend too!) More

They were so easy going and helpful that I ended up buying a 2015 WRX STI Limited and the 2015 BRZ Series B I went to the dealership to look at a BRZ! They were so easy going and helpful that I ended up buying a 2015 WRX STI Limited and the 2015 BRZ Series Blue edition. I have purchased many cars ( I'm over 50 ) and I have never been to a dealership that is so well structured , from floors sales to management in such a way as to make the buyer feel relaxed and non pressured. Even being prepared by have dealers cost information in addition to rebates/special offers at the time of purchase the process has always been a hassle. On more than one occasion I had walked out of the dealership only to be called back later by the salesman with another offer. At other times the sales person had to go back and forth to the sales manager to check on my offer. Buying a car from Trent was the first time my new car buying experience was excellent, and hassle free. We were considering buying a car later in the year because we wanted to get a Forester with Eyesight (this option was only available on the 2015 model). We made the appointment on a Saturday so we would have time to take the car for a test drive and wound up buying it. Trent gave us a price that was in line with the discount I would have gotten if I had used a buying service. His follow up support is also first class. I had an issue paring the garage door opener and gave him a call. Trent got back to me within 10 minutes with the info needed. On another occasion I had an issue with the sound on the Navigation system that couldn’t be resolved over the phone. I drove to the dealership and Trent took the time to troubleshoot the problem. It didn’t take him long to find an obscure setting that needed to be changed. You can’t go wrong buying a car from Trent. He is personable, friendly, and well grounded, and honest. I would also like to give a shout out to Tracy Roberts, Finance Manager who was a pleasure to deal with, and made this part of the buying process easy. My wife likes the car so much she has become the primary driver. This is the first time this has happened since we bought a first car a Datsun 1200 in 1972. More

We were greeted as soon as we got out of the car, and although the original person we were dealing with had a returning client they had to go and help out, someone else was immediately provided to work with us. We weren't overly pressured to buy a car and any information we needed, we were given. Ken Murch was absolutely fantastic to deal with because he was very informative without pressuring. Tim Hanson in finances was equally as fantastic to deal with, going with a very family friendly approach and answering all questions we had honestly. I feel that both of them worked very hard to give us the absolute best deal possible and it is somewhere I would recommend to family and friends, and definitely somewhere I would return to. If you are considering a Subaru or new car of any kind, I highly suggest Tucson Subaru to anyone. More
top notch service I pulled into the service drive on a Monday @ 5PM with no appointment, and was greeted by Justin. When he heard that I was having an intermittent tran I pulled into the service drive on a Monday @ 5PM with no appointment, and was greeted by Justin. When he heard that I was having an intermittent transmission issue, he didn't hesitate to jump in my car for a test drive. I ended up leaving in a loaner, and returning the next day after work. I was asked to drive with the technician this time, and I had a great conversation with Christian while driving around Tucson for probably 30 minutes. I've had mechanics in my family, and I know they do not get paid to talk to customers. For this reason, I already felt bad for taking so much of his time, and I apologized to him for it. Even so, he invited me into the shop, so that he could explain the noises that I was hearing on a torn down transmission. So, while I left without a real resolution to my issue, I am very satisfied that they promptly addressed my issue, documented it for future warranty claims, and not once did they make me feel like they had better things to do. This is how customer service should be, and I hope Christian is at least recognized, if not also compensated, for the time he spent with me. More
