Wonderful car buying experience My wife and I came in to compare the new Outback to last year's model, as well as the Forester, and we ended up driving away in a brand new Outback - My wife and I came in to compare the new Outback to last year's model, as well as the Forester, and we ended up driving away in a brand new Outback - which we couldn't love more. The entire experience was very honest, incredibly low-pressure and quite enjoyable. Curt McHenry was very knowledgeable and helpful in giving us the information we were looking for on the model comparisons, and his patience made us feel like we could take all night to make our decision (and we almost did - we were the last ones to leave, after closing time - but not one person made us feel rushed). Traci in finance was very pleasant and honest with us, and made us feel comfortable and allowed us the time to discuss the decisions - no pressure. Even so, it was the most efficient and smooth new car contract process i have ever experienced! And John Petersavage, thanks for making us feel like one of the family - you have a great team, and please forward our thanks to Rocky! Painless Car Buying! Okay, I have to admit that I HATE going to buy a car. But my recent experience at Tucson Subaru was the total opposite of my previous car purchases. Okay, I have to admit that I HATE going to buy a car. But my recent experience at Tucson Subaru was the total opposite of my previous car purchases. Tucson Subaru has a newly built dealership and it is impressive. When you enter the building, every employee who you come face-to-face with smiles and politely inquires if they can help you or if you've been helped. The overall facilities are beautiful. Our salesman was CJ Nichols, a knowledgeable young man who was able to describe the ins and outs of a Subaru purchase vs. some of the other comparable models on the market. He patiently explained the mechanical advantages to a Subaru and backed it up with clips of video recordings of the car (the clips were short, information packed and excellent visual examples of what he was explaining). He was "fast talking" but not in a high pressure manner; he manner was enthusiasm for the product he was representing. I guess what I'm saying is that he was personable and charming in a totally non-car salesman way! I'd recommend asking for him if you want to investigate the possibility of purchasing a Subaru. My big surprise was in the area of dealing with the dealership's Finance employee. For me, this is usually the agony filled moment of buying a car, but our Finance person, Tim Hanson, was great! He was soft spoken, calm and very personable. He was not in the least "high pressure" regarding the add on's, and he was respectful of my decisions in this area. A young man from the service department rode back to our house, to pick up our other car. This was a 25 minute drive. Kendall was a delightful young man who chatted politely and seemed completely at ease sitting in the car with two complete strangers. He helped me clean out the belongings from my other car and sat patiently as we searched for the Title (those dang things are never where you thought they'd be!). Although I can't say I want to go out and buy another car tomorrow or in the next ten years (and considering the reliability of the Subaru product, I don't plan to), I can say that my experience at Tucson Subaru was a very positive one. I definitely suggest that you stop by if you even slightly considering a Subaru. I think they'd convince you of the value of their product . . . but in a totally non-pressure, informative way. We are very happy with our new 2015 Forester. Thanks Tucson Subaru! More

But I kept researching Subaru, and from time to time would hear from Trent. When I was ready, I made an appointment. And from the time I walked in, until I drove away in my beautiful 2014 Forester, Trent was the perfect helper. He listened to me, he answered questions, he moved the processes along when I wanted speed, and he slowed down when I wanted time. He was not only knowledgeable and excited about the product; that I would expect. He worked tirelessly to make me satisfied and happy with the process, the dealership, and of course, the car itself. I have already referred two buyers to Trent, and both of them are as happy with their experience as I am. More

After checking the local dealerships for an SUV, we saw one advertised on Tucson Subaru's website. After reading the detail and checking the Car Fax, we drove to town to look and test drive. My wife has back problems and the instant she sat in the driver's seat she found the support and comfort. After a long test drive in the 2013 Subaru Forester, we were sold on its power, comfort, smooth ride and features. Our salesman, Jim Micoletti, was patient and totally knowledgeable about Subaru and very hospitable. We closed the deal, paid, and drove it home.that afternoon. The more we drive it the happier we are with our choice. Tim Hanson was also helpful in pointing out optional packages, like a security system, and extended warrenty. Very kind and cheerful in dealing with us. It is a very low milage vehicle, under 4,000 miles and has a full warrenty, is clean and spotless, inside and out. The reason WORK is not rated, is because no service other than detailing was done. It was sparkling when we got in it. Thank you for a pleasant transaction. Call Joe if you are looking for a new or used Subaru. There is a great selection of vehicles in the showroom and on the lot. Jim has followed up twice with us since buying the SUV on Friday, to make sure we are satisfied and don't have any questions. Good follow up. More

Not only was the process quicker than we've ever experienced, but working with Trent Nichols was like a God-send. He has a kind & joyful demeanor and he is honest, not pushy, and really fought for the pricing we wanted-- making the process a breeze (even with 2 small kids in tow!). We are now proud owners of a 2009 Nissan Quest and we couldn't be happier with it. I would recommend Trent to anyone! We also worked with Traci Roberts for financing and she had us in and out of there in no time. Our kids were able to enjoy the kids room, and mom and dad were able to find our favorite show in their very comfy lounge/theatre area while we waited for Trent to lock down our ideal pricing. Classy place-- happy customers! More
