Trent Nichols spent a generous amount of time with us and was very open and thorough with our questions and at explaining different years and options the available used vehicles came equipped with. In the end the new 2015 Forester premium package felt like the best fit for our purposes. The ride is very nimble, with good acceleration. Comfortable seats, great 360 degree visibility, and a generous moon roof. Getting in and out of this car is effortless, well designed ergonomics with plenty of elbow room inside. Electronics and displays easy to access/work. Ample cargo space. Increased fuel efficiency is as advertised, and helped us opt for the 2015 model. This car is a joy to drive. No regrets and worth every penny. Still haven't discovered anything I don't like about it. Trent has continued to be attentive with several courteous follow up calls. At the onset I went into the purchase process with the normal trepidation about buying a car. I found Trent though the Costco auto program and he proved to be a very congenial, knowledgeable Subaru representative. Never felt any persuasion or steering during our car selection process. Thank you Trent for being a straight up guy. The whole transaction was very comfortable. WE LOVE THIS CAR! More

Tim Hanson made the business portion of the deal seamless and quick. He has a great personality, and didn't try to up-sell me on things I didn't need. Glad I stopped in I had never thought of purchasing a Subaru. But when car shopping I remembered I had a friend that worked there. They have catchy radio commercials but they do not need them because the customer service and price were excellent. Curt is very knowledgeable and took the time to explain what made Subaru's different from other cars, and even took to the time to explain the small differences between our top two choices, the Impreza wagon and the Crosstrek. He did not pressure us into buying and made sure that we were getting the vehicle that we needed and wanted, which in the end was the Crosstrek. Tim was very patient, personable, and explained every detail of the purchase during the finance stage. He was also very human and did not force us to add anything or buy anything that would not benefit us. Overall, this was a great experience and we will definitely return to Tucson Subaru for our next vehicle. More

INTEGRITY is not a word normally synonymous with auto dealerships but the folks at Tucson Subaru change all that - namely Ken Murch, sales; Tim Hanson, finance; and Loren Henry, sales manager. All three of these gentlemen were friendly, up front and honest, accommodating and delightful to work with. Ken is calm, fun, wise and down to earth in his sales approach and always available; I could trust him with my numerous decisions related to purchasing a vehicle. Ken was so amazing that I bought TWO vehicles instead of one! Tim pulled it all together and made 'the impossible' happen without a drop of sweat or hours of grueling finance processes that I've experienced every other time when buying a vehicle. Kudos to you Tim. Loren is so honest that he actually DOWN SOLD me to a vehicle more suitable for my 17 year old son!! In addition, I returned to the dealership with a small issue and Loren immediately took responsibility TEN-FOLD by not only fixing the issue completely and immediately but by adding multiple perks to the whole situation! No questions asked! Never in my life have I experienced a "team" of people so dedicated to the customer experience from beginning to end! A vehicle is only as good as the service available after the purchase and once you start driving it and these guys not only believe in what they sell but they stand behind it! Tim and Ken were awesome to work with and I was appreciative of everything they went through to make me feel comfortable. I love the car I got (2015 Legacy)! I wasn't sure initially if I wanted new or used, but Ken was wonderful in showing all the benefits of both new and used which helped me in my choice of car. Tim was great in going through the paperwork/financing. Was informative and helpful through the whole process, and both together were a great team. On a side note I generally never do reviews or things like this, so Tim, Ken and the entire Subaru Tucson team did such a great job that I had to make sure people know that this is the place to go for a new or used car!
