Everyone works hard and goes out of their way to ensure that you have the best experience possible. Trent has been a key player in my Tucson Subaru experience. He is always upfront, honest with all my questions, and works hard to find the answers if he does not know them. His knowledge and understanding of people, cars, and the business enables him to ask the right questions and quickly find options to suit you. I have never felt rushed to make a decision and really enjoy talking with him while we discuss what may fit what I want best. We all know that adding options is just in the business of selling cars. However, what I really appreciate about Trent is that he recommends the options that he feels will better outfit the vehicle to you. Knowing me and what I like in my vehicles, Trent recommended the STI upgrade to me, then proceeded to explain why he felt I would appreciate it. HE WAS SPOT ON!!! I am SOOO happy he talked to me about it. First of all, the WRX was fun. But in comparison, after adding the STI exhaust, it as if the car had a cold and could breathe again! It accelerates better, easier to shift, is even more of joy to drive, and it added just the perfect sports growl to make me smile every time I start the car, drive through a parking garage, or under an overpass. In the end, I get to drive a car I look forward to the morning commute into work. Trent's desire and ability to work with me and the Tucson Subaru team allowed them to present an offer on my trade in and a car that I know I could not get anywhere else in southern AZ. If nothing else it is worth your time to pop your head in and ask a few questions. More

He got me the lowest interest rate he could. he also got me through the paperwork as fast as he could. I was treated very well by everybody. Peter got me in and held the car for me then he got me in contact with Robert. Not like mini of Tucson. I feel so belittle because of my credit score. Just because they sell Jaguars and upper class card cars don't make them God. More
