A wonderful addition On leasing our second Subaru (an Outback this time), we were entitled to make an appointment with Darla of Love-Encore Delivery. She spent an hour an On leasing our second Subaru (an Outback this time), we were entitled to make an appointment with Darla of Love-Encore Delivery. She spent an hour answering questions and making suggestions for handling the sophisticated electronics of our 2017 vehicle. This was at no charge to us. She provided her phone number in case we had further questions and also presented us with a $50 gift card. While were were at the dealers, Joe Micoletti (our salesman) answered a question about replacing the license plate and Scott Buford reassured me that the sun shade I had purchased was appropriate. Hard to imagine better customer service! :) More

Subaru Baja I have been looking for a Baja for several months. Trent got back to my request for information within minutes, he did a video walk around of the car I have been looking for a Baja for several months. Trent got back to my request for information within minutes, he did a video walk around of the car. As I am out of State, he I would not be able to see the vehicle until pickup. He took care of my concerns and we closed the deal in less than an hour. Jennifer called me up and we had a professional and pleasant conversation for the financial deal. I had narrowed my car choices to three different brands and visited the local dealerships of all of these brands. I was impressed not only with all of the features that my new 2017 Legacy Premium has, but with the sales staff (Bob Wilson, particular) and the rest of the team as well as the professionalism of the Tucson Subaru dealership. My boyfriend had worked with Bob a year ago on his Legacy Premium and introduced us as his car buying experience was great and he is so happy with his car. Bob has a wealth of knowledge on Subarus and is able to answer questions and convey his knowledge to someone who doesn't know much about cars (namely me). I am so excited about my new car and am thrilled that Bob was able to set up my flip top phone to the Bluetooth without a problem! More
