Friendly Service, Comfy Lounge! I recently bought my Subie and it needed to have fog lamps and splash guards installed. The fog lamps take a couple of hours so I was offered a loaner car for the duration. I'm an avid reader and the lounge at Tucson Subaru is wonderful so I opted to stay and read. I enjoyed fresh fruit, delicious coffee, and a cookie during my time there. As soon as my car was ready my friendly serviceman came in quietly to let me know. While I was waiting I observed the interactions of other service-folk with waiting customers and each interaction was conducted with quiet respect and all questions I overheard were answered. I don't think I was the only person waiting who had a good experience with Tucson Subaru's Service Department! Even a pooch was happy with the water and kibble available. Believe it or not, I'm looking forward to my scheduled maintenance! More

Upgrading my Subaru I've been driving a 2005 Subaru Legacy GT which I have loved dearly but I determined it was finally time to upgrade. I was looking for a dog-friendly, I've been driving a 2005 Subaru Legacy GT which I have loved dearly but I determined it was finally time to upgrade. I was looking for a dog-friendly, road trip friendly and all around me-friendly vehicle which naturally took me straight to Tucson Subaru. I had done my on-line research and went in and asked for Kevin Gribble who had been recommended to me as a great salesman and aftee my experience I totally agree. We went out to the lot straight to the Forester 2.5i Premium section. They were lined up in all their colors but I was drawn to the green. After a stationary tour we started her up and went for a test drive... not just around the block but merged into traffic on the freeway and drove it through some city traffic as well. It felt like it was made for me. Kevin showed me all the features as we drove - flipping safety features off and on so I could actually experience them not just read about them. I am in love with the blind spot indicator on the side mirrors! This particular vehicle had everything that I was hoping to get, plus some features that I had not thought up! We went inside where we went through a list of the few add ons that I wanted and then worked the numbers. I was sold. Kevin handed me off to Curt to handle all of the financial bits while the service dept cleaned the car up and added in my few new extras. I transferred my belongings from the Legacy to the Forester, and I was the proud and excited owner of a 2018 Forester. Thank you Kevin,Curt and the whole team at Tucson Subaru. More
