We were given an approximate trade in price and difference between what we were looking at and our vehicle over the phone. We had told them exactly what our vehicle was and the shape it was in (exc difference between what we were looking at and our vehicle over the phone. We drove 250 miles, drove their truck, then be told the price difference had increased another 2900.00 because he did not listen to detail...we told him ours was a super cab...he heard crew cab. We walked out mad because now the trade diff went to 6700.00. He could not look us in the eye when we walked back into the store and he told us he had made a mistake. We called back later in the day to see what the difference would be now that they had seen our truck and with his misunderstanding. Doyle said he would call back after talking with Mike. When he finally called back they had raised the trade amount another 1200.00 making it 7900.00. Needless to say we would never think about going into their lot/store again for anything. They would get zero stars if possible. More
