'Mail Order' Used Truck During an internet search, I found a 2013 Ford F-150 on the Tubbs Brothers' lot. I worked with Phil Barker, who was fantastic! I live more than an h During an internet search, I found a 2013 Ford F-150 on the Tubbs Brothers' lot. I worked with Phil Barker, who was fantastic! I live more than an hour and a half from the dealership, so I couldn't easily just drive over to check out a used truck. He spent a lot of time on the phone with me (over several calls), and he answered every question in great detail. He was completely forthcoming. He took tons of extra photos of the truck (interior, exterior, underneath) to assure me that the truck was in the excellent shape that was described in the listing. He did a test drive on my behalf to feel and hear the truck. He gave it the smell test so I could be sure I was buying a non-smoker's truck. He really stepped in to my shoes as a buyer. We agreed on the price, but I still hadn't seen the truck in person. Phil had the truck delivered with the paperwork to my home for my personal examination and test drive. Completely satisfied, I signed the paperwork. I bought a great truck from a great salesman. Phil went above and beyond with me! More
