Purchased a 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude in late December. I was told it passed a 120 point inspection. The next day it had a burning rubber smell. It was our only vehicle and it was our first vehic December. I was told it passed a 120 point inspection. The next day it had a burning rubber smell. It was our only vehicle and it was our first vehicle newer than 2006. So, we weren’t sure what to think. Within a month or so it started smoking. It was still our only vehicle. In mid March we took it in to another dealer to be told that the smell and smoke were because of an accident the vehicle had been in previously. Had it towed to Tubbs. They said it was a leaking valve cover gasket not from the previous accident. Well, if the vehicle passed a 120 point inspection, how was any damage from an accident or a leaking valve cover missed? They fixed it and then caught my vehicle on fire. That’s correct, they caught it on FIRE! Tubbs Brothers has now had my vehicle (I paid $47,000 for this vehicle) for 3 months. We have had 2 loaners because they sold the loaners out from under us. Today, June 19, 2025, we returned the second loaner that they sold and we were told that we had to give them a credit card for another loaner. Why? The person said “so you don’t steal our car.” Really??? YOU STILL HAVE MY VEHICLE!!! And you are the ones that caught MY VEHICLE ON FIRE! Never ever buy anything here and DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR VEHICLE! They will catch it on fire! If I could give zero stars, I would. More

Review: Tubbs Brother collision shop; ORIGINALLY; A 4 day job, Now, has turned into a 3 weeks! A Complete Nightmare!! The first mistake, The rocker panel never addressed , even th ORIGINALLY; A 4 day job, Now, has turned into a 3 weeks! A Complete Nightmare!! The first mistake, The rocker panel never addressed , even though you can plainly see in the accident report, pictures. Second mistake, after refusing to take the truck, for poor workmanship. They Intentionally leave buffing swirls marks in the passenger door! Third mistake, The color doesn't match hood/ quarter panel that's is pretty important!! Fourth mistake, truck is still out of alignment, @ steering wheel is not centered ! Fifth mistake, running boards still dented from the deer, never repaired! Sixth mistake, four small dents in the Brand New quarter panel, They installed !! Seventh mistake, installed a broken, cracked parts. Eighth mistake, intentionally trying to deceive the customer! You said " You pride yourself on your workmanship!! 7 Big mistakes!! & 2 International mischiefs!! This is Worse of All; The verbal abuse I took from your service technician!! But I'm the Customer; No Customer should Ever be Called a "DICK" By one of your employees!! Let alone repeatedly!! You said you: "Take pride in customer service" Obviously, Not True You condone the language used against customers! & It's ok to Verbally Abuse your Customers!! Even when His manager, Steve, tells him stop& to be quiet! He keeps insulting me... Speaking of Steve, The manager... Steve has tried to pass this job off Twice , as Perfect & Complete!!! So he definitely is trying to cover his butt, that's very easy to see that!! He didn't have a clue what was going on, Right from jump Street!! Then there's the Owner: Dave Tubbs Customer is Always right!! Oldest customer service rule!! Oh yeah, 50 years in Business...U think you would know this!!! Your right I don't have to question your integrity or your customers service!! Told you, I know exactly where you stand! You have None!! Zero, Notta, nothing!! Your a car salesman, Not a honest bone in your body!! In your own words:: I stand behind my employees version of the story, they are good people... Not the two side to Every story and the truth lies somewhere in the middle!! Like we were Both taught 50 years ago as kids!! After the rejection of the second "final it's done & complete!! They decided to keep it 4 more days to in Dave's words, To take care of item they might have overlooked... " I get back, the huge swirl marks, now go from the front quarter panel, all the way back to the truck bed!! & You took 4 more days, to paint the hood & charging almost $700 for their destruction !! He has turned this Beautiful $30,000 truck into a patchwork looking truck! He takes pride in his teams work and Customer Service!! This shows, How you can be so vindictive, spiteful, full of deception, lies and Down right Dishonest!! This is Exactly why you have been reported, & why everybody involved has been too, for being More

To Tubbs Brothers Ford Dealership, Sandusky MI, 484471 2 September 2023 Subject: Letter of appreciation and thank you Background- My wife and I (Bill and Ann ), currently reside in Falcon Colo 2 September 2023 Subject: Letter of appreciation and thank you Background- My wife and I (Bill and Ann ), currently reside in Falcon Colorado, just east of Colorado Springs, CO. We were looking for a 2023 Ford Bronco Raptor in our area, but the dealership markup was from $20-$30 thousand dollars on top of the MSRP. While we were at the dealership and they were attempting to get us to agree to this enormous price tag, my wife started searching dealerships in Detroit and surrounding areas. That brought us to your dealership. The first email came from Amanda Silvers on 7 August 2023. “Hello Bill! Thank you for clicking on our 2023 Bronco you found online. Awesome choice, and as of this email, it is still here and available! Did you have any specific questions, or would you like to set up a day/time to come see it in person? We're open Monday-Friday 9-6 and Saturdays 9-3. Feel free to reply to this email, or you can call or text us at 810-648-0000. Thanks again!” I emailed Amanda and informed her of where we were located and that we were not able to go to the dealership, but we already test drove one and I had built a Bronco on list on the Ford site, so I knew what I wanted. We discussed adding the options that I wanted and the total price out the door. She informed us that your dealership did not do an additional mark up on the vehicle and the total price would include everything out the door. This is where my wife and I said, “Yes”, as this is the first dealership we had called or emailed and was up front about the cost. We immediately put $2,000 down to hold the Bronco for purchase. We made all the arrangements, and we were transferred to whom I call Amanda 2 (Amanda Ferguson) for financing. We got approved on our own financing through USAA. Ann and I are both are Army Veterans and were able to complete the final steps in the process of financing and arranging the purchase of the vehicle with Amanda F. She sent us the documents to sign, called and explained the paperwork, gave us time to discuss the purchase and review the documents and we sent them back to Amanda. As of the date of this letter, we wired the final downpayment, flown to Detroit and Amanda Silvers met us at the airport to deliver our new Bronco. She is technically working on a day off to insure we were able to pick up the vehicle at a time that is convenient to us. Summarize: All in all, the 2 ladies Amanda Silvers and Amanda Ferguson have been nothing but personable, professional and willing to go above and beyond compared to the other dealerships we contacted. Everything was done over the phone and through email. The final transaction (picking up the vehicle was done at the airport). We honestly would recommend anyone to go to Tubbs dealership and save themselves thousands of dollars to receive a fair deal and professional service that is over the top. This was the easiest and least stressful experience we ever had when purchasing a new vehicle. Both ladies are excellent at what they do, and Ann and I both appreciate it. Much Appreciated, Bill and Ann PS- When we pick up the Bronco, we'll post pictures :) More
