I had a horrible experience 5+ years ago when I purchased my truck. Transmission problems that cost me over $1,500 to fix. A few weeks ago the manager shockingly contacted me stating that he would like to my truck. Transmission problems that cost me over $1,500 to fix. A few weeks ago the manager shockingly contacted me stating that he would like to make the transaction right. I was impressed and thought the best. After emailing and speaking to him on the phone several times I went to my local dealership where I had the truck fixed and got copies of the invoices. I sent them to him and he said that he would see what he could do. That was three weeks ago and I have not had one email or phone call. My point in this review is that they angered me once again by wasting my time and doing absolutely nothing. Reeled me back in and did nothing but waste my time. I cannot believe that they are still in business! More
