They mislead us regarding the true condition of the vehicle we that purchased from them. They said the vehicle was checked out thoroughly with no known issues by their mechanics. In a short period of time, we noticed a "Service Due" alert after we drove it. We suspected this notice was just needing an oil change, which we discovered as correct. The last recoreded oil change was a year ago. The auto shop we chose noticed various other major issues, and they could not do the oil change since the oil plug was sealed to the pan (not removalble). When the shop hooked up the computer, we learned about an engine fail code saying the PCV value need to be replaced, very common for Audi Q5's at 100K miles. We later took this Audi to SCarGo in Boise and they confirmed the PCV value problem. Also noticed was an oil and coolant leak. When we informed the dealership about these serious issues, they said they couldn't help. I feel they misrepresented the car. These repairs will cost us about $3K. The fluid levels were low for the Engine Oil and Coolant. I think the state should take a close look at this business. More
