My wife and I went to go look for trucks to upgrade to something new and more reliable. The staff was friendly and patient with us as we looked around and test drove a few vehicle. Our sales person Danny was helpful and answered the questions we had. Trucks Only gave us an excellent amount for our trade-ins and we walked away with a wonderful new truck. There were several things that the truck needs to have repaired but the guys have been working to get our new truck in like new condition. I recommend Trucks Only to those looking for their particular products ie lift trucks. More

We went to Trucks Only, to look for a larger car/ truck . Steve came out and walked us around and showed us many .He answered all our questions and was very pleasant. This was a trouble free transaction. We live out of town from trucks only. Our saleman Bob was there for us every minute, with knowledgable answers.... on the phone. Regarding the price. I purchased two vehicles and one of them was listed $2k less on the website. We did end up getting it $1k lower than the asking price on website but feel it could of possibly gone down them was listed $2k less on the website. Purchased at Phoenix shop. Left them 3 checks for the next 30 days for the down payment...$500, then $750, then $250, to be deposited in that order and a promissory note signed agreeing. Vehicle left me next 30 days for the down payment...$500, then $750, then $250, to be deposited in that order and a promissory note signed agreeing. Vehicle left me stranded within a few days of having it. Mesa shop came and picked it up, had it for two days and informed me it was the fuel pump in which they replaced and also replaced the battery. They returned vehicle to the Phoenix shop and I had to pick it up. I asked them if they could return it to my house since I had no other vehicle and they would not. Two days later I went to fill the tank and gas started pouring out backwards all over me and also up underneath the truck. I called the Mesa shop at 8am and they weren't sure if they'd get to it that day, so I drove the truck to the Mesa shop, waited all day and they said at some point during the prior repair, a hose was not reattached. They repaired and I drove home, asked if they would replace my gas since I live so far away and didn't make them tow it in the first place....they said no. MEANWHILE still at the Mesa store, I check my bank account and see it's overdrawn by $200 also with a fee attached. After a bit of research, a rep at the Mesa store informed me the checks were mailed from Phoenix to Mesa separate from the promissory note! AND the $750 check had a note on it that said to cash this one first(she showed it to me). They reimbursed my $30 fee. I felt a little shocked that they didn't reimburse the full amount of $230, only because I had to borrow the money immediately to keep my bank account in good standings. After all of this, I get signed up for our warantee and pay a $170 down payment to the Phoenix store. I wait and wait and hear nothing from a warantee company. So I call the Phoenix office weeks later and am basically told that paperwork was not sent over and it's Mesa's fault apparently. There is HUGE communication issues between those two offices and unfortunately it made what should've been a fun and exciting experience a giant headache. But I do love my truck. More
