When I showed up they greated me right away. They were polite and happy to help me. This was the 2nd time we bought a truck from Trucks Only. We were interested in a very specific make/model of truck and the the salesman, Chris Johnson, understood this from the beginning and kindly lead my We were interested in a very specific make/model of truck and the the salesman, Chris Johnson, understood this from the beginning and kindly lead my wife and I around showing us the options in the inventory that fit our wishes. We were up front about our concerns with being able to be approved for financing due to our poor credit. The Trucks Only staff either deals with many people in similar situations, or is very skilled at not passing any judgement as we never felt looked down upon or as anything less than a valued customer. With 6 kids and a tight budget, we did not have much to offer in terms of a down payment but the "Cash-n-ator" money machine holiday promotion made it possible for us to earn $1,065.00 towards our down payment! To our delight, we found ourselves being re-assured that financing could be secured and with this truck being a 2009 model, we foresee being able to refinance it within a year to secure a better interest rate as our credit record continues to improve. Thanks Chris and Trucks Only for playing the role of Santa's helpers, for finding us on the "Nice" list, and for getting us in to the GMC Sierra! More
