I reviewed Large SUV's on the internet site beofre driving 120 miles to see the vehicles. The Vehicle I went to look at was a 2007 Chevy Suburban advertised as having Navigation and rear entertainmen driving 120 miles to see the vehicles. The Vehicle I went to look at was a 2007 Chevy Suburban advertised as having Navigation and rear entertainment. I also needed help with financing which they did find for me. When I drove from Tucson to dealership, I found out that the rear entertainment did not work and later founf out that the Nav disc was not present to make the Nav work.(found out on my ride home) Upon sitting with the person to look at financing, I was told that, Oh yeah you will also need a $1000 down to do the deal. I would not have even left my house if that were the case.... But they made it right and gave me the extra $1000 to finish the deal. After getting home and filling up with gas, I had a large fuel leak from under the vehicle that they also were extremely helpful in getting fixed, seeing as though I am not local. So the only thing now that is left to fix is the Nav disc to make the vehicle complete. All in All.... this is a great dealership that trully tries to make things right. when its all said in done, I would buy again from them. Thank you More

My husband and I came in to look at a Dodge that I noticed when I drove by Trucks Only on my way to work. When we arrived at the dealership, the truck was gone. We looked at a few other trucks and m noticed when I drove by Trucks Only on my way to work. When we arrived at the dealership, the truck was gone. We looked at a few other trucks and my husband test drove a GMC Sierra 05 with less than 60000 miles. He liked it, but honestly it wasn't exactly what he wanted...no 4x4 and it was a long bed. I have the better credit so I am financing with out him. When we asked to take the AMP from his old truck to put in the new truck, we were told that because the radio won't work with out it, they wouldn't allow us to take it. This is policy because they can't take a truck with out a working radio. Well much to our surprise the radio in the new truck doesn't work either!!! We asked for it to be corrected, and they would 4 days later when their contracted radio guys would be open, and if we took it somewhere else we only would get reimbursed $150. I am truly upset because even after we stated our concerns with the truck (4x4, long bed) and we wanted to sleep on it and come back later, they still pushed. Not happy with their service at all. More

I stopped by Trucks Only in Mesa on Saturday afternoon and talked with Steve, He was very friendly and showed me around the lot. I found myself in front of a 2005 F250 in the back lot. While on the site, I decided to look at the other location's inventory to see if there were any gems in the bunch. That's when I saw the 2006 F350 Harley Davidson Edition. Being a Harley rider, it felt like fate. My girlfriend and I drove out to Trucks Only in Apache Junction, and worked with Susan and Jason, and now I'm the happy owner of a beautiful and well cared for truck. I'd highly recommend doing business with Trucks Only. Great service, great selection and a fair price. More

Bought a 2005 GMC Sierra (love the truck), and the sunroof didn't work. They told me "bring it in. We'll fix it and put you in a nice loaner.
