These guys didn't push us towards what they wanted to sell, the simply asked what we were looking for and showed us trucks. Then in top of that, they knew their inventory back and front. Chris really knew his autos. What i really liked was the lift add on's, the engine warranty and the lift warranty. Cannot beat that value and then quality staff on top of it all, made our experience a good one. More

Overall I had a good experience with the purchasing experience. The internet team (Art) reached out with clarifying information in a timely fashion and was more than accommodating in answering question experience. A delay in getting into his office was not ideal but once in the paperwork was simple and quick. It was nice to find a truck that was in good condition and the warrantee makes driving off the lot easier. Good experience!!! More

THE SALESMAN TOLD ME THE KIA I LIKED WAS ALL WHEEL DRIVE SO I BOUGHT IT . TOOK IT HOME AND FOUND OUT THE KIA WAS FRONT WHEEL DRIVE. THEY SAID I COULD TRADE FOR ANOTHER CAR BUT THEY DID NOT OFFER ME ANYTHIN SO I BOUGHT IT . TOOK IT HOME AND FOUND OUT THE KIA WAS FRONT WHEEL DRIVE. We had a very nice visit at the Apache Junction Trucks only. Tom who showed us the truck was very knowledgeable and friendly. We did however find out that there is a problem with the truck we purchased which they gladly told us we would have an appointment to get it fixed as soon as possible. We are still waiting for our appt. date. I know it has been only 5 days since we have purchased our vehicle but still curious as to when we can actually get it fixed. We hope soon. To make a long story short.....the salesmen gave us the run around, had to return to the dealership twice since we were told we were "pre-approved". Our information was lost twice. They offered us what we didn't want after we specifically said "if you can't help us with what we want then let us know, we don't want to waste your time or ours." Salesman were very shady. I have worked with other dealerships, they were very specific, told us what they can and can not do. After all the frustration, we finally got a vehicle. Your website had "Double Down" but was told by the manager that was not offered. False advertisement. The end of the deal, Tim and Dave were nice. More
