It started with the "Above and beyond"- type of customer service they represent to all the customers, making them feel no pressure and very comfortable. The selection of vehicles at the dealership made it convenient for me to pick out the one truck that REALLY did fit me. Also, my credit is not that great and Bob was able to find myself a bank that would do the deal without breaking my budget. In this, he got me out of my leased car, which I thought was going to be impossible! Overall, I am very please and would most definitely recommend Trucks Only to my friends and family! More

Extremely Delighted. First off let me say I am leery of car dealerships, having had a negative experience in the past. I filled out a application online and then called Br First off let me say I am leery of car dealerships, having had a negative experience in the past. I filled out a application online and then called Brian at the Phoenix location, he was extremely courteous, knowledgeable, pleasant and reassuring. Friday night I went into the dealership after being told my application looked good. I sat down and talked to Dennis in finance who reassured me that he did not see a problem with my application, he and Brian worked with me until late that night staying over to make sure I got the truck and the payments I wanted. I cannot say enough about this team of professionals they were Great. After taking possession of the truck and noting a minor detail with a tire Dennis gave me the number of their service dept in Mesa, The following week I contacted Dave at the Mesa Service Dept. And explained the situation noting that there was no Spare tire or tire tool kit. He took my information and called me back that afternoon and said he had located all the parts I needed, I went down and picked them up that afternoon, Dave went out of his way and got me a new tire and chrome rim along with the tire kit, I expected a long wait, but I was in and out in less than a half hour. Again I cannot say enough about the Trucks Only Team they were absolutely Great. I will definitely be doing business with them again and will refer them to anyone looking for a good vehicle at a good price. Thanks again Trucks Only and to a great team. This was probably the least painfull vehicle purchase we have made in a long time. From the prequalifying to the final signature, it was a pleasure to deal with the sales staff and finance people.
