Excellent Experience at Trucks Only in Mesa, AZ My husband and I were considering trading in my truck for a newer model truck. We decided to look around at used trucks, with no intentions of buying My husband and I were considering trading in my truck for a newer model truck. We decided to look around at used trucks, with no intentions of buying one. The Sales Rep Mitch, showed us some trucks. Then we saw "My truck", but at that time it was just a dream. He was very polite and courteous. He did not pressure us in any way. He asked if we wanted to see what numbers could be worked out. We said what the heck, not really thinking we could actually get into the truck of my dreams at this time (an F450 Ford King ranch with bells and whistles). They gave me a great trade in on my truck and I got the truck of my dreams. I was really impressed by the service I received at Trucks Only. Trucks Only I traded in my 1999 ford truck for a 2004 chevy then after 3 days they tell me they cant get it financed so I agree to trade I spent a full day from 1 I traded in my 1999 ford truck for a 2004 chevy then after 3 days they tell me they cant get it financed so I agree to trade I spent a full day from 10:00 in the morning to 5:00 pm at the dealership James was looking for some vehicles and I was told it would be an even trade. after several hours he sent me to look at some at the Mesa store. when we arrived only 1 of the vehicles was there and not really what I wanted but I went with it as it seemed to run ok. now that that is done and I no longer have the original vehicle we go to do the paperwork and it winds up I need another 500 down and my payments are going up plus I can no longer get the lifetime engine warranty I had so in the long run I can't say I had a good experience More
