I came back because of the price and promised service. When I bought the truck the staff worked to make sure that the vehicle was properly serviced and the requested repairs were completed. Usually you dread going to the dealership and spending hours there, basically the whole day. I completed my initial application on line, Bob called me asked what I was looking for and had several vehicles ready for test drives when I got there. He had already started the process of getting me financed so all I had to do was pick out a vehicle, sign papers and drive away!! I had never had such an EASY vehicle buying experience. So when I was ready to buy my son a vehicle 2 years later of course I sent him to Bob!! And of course it was another seamless vehicle buying experience.
