Follow Up Part of deal was two new rear tires. Purchased truck May 31, 2014. Tires finally ordered June 23, 2014. Now, less than 30 days after purchase, instrum Part of deal was two new rear tires. Purchased truck May 31, 2014. Tires finally ordered June 23, 2014. Now, less than 30 days after purchase, instrument panel light fuse blows. Called in Monday June 23, 2014 and was told they could not take care of this problem. Also, still do not have lifetime engine warranty paperwork as was part of the deal. Tom Doyle tried to help. I do appreciate his efforts but my experience with follow up calls about the tires and instrument panel fuse issue has been poor to say the least. Would I recommend this dealership to anyone at this point? My answer is definitely No! More

He of course said bring it over but also suggested it might still be under manufactuer's warrenty. While I was on my way he took the intiative to call in and confirm the truck was under warranty. He had set up an appointment for me at the dealership and had the service contact prepped to expect me. He took care of the towing arraingements and sent me on my way. They could have had my repair business but did what was best for me instead. Well done. More

Good service, problem with the product I picked the Yukon I wanted to purchase on Auto Trader. When I got there the vehicle was unavailable, being used by the owner's family member. They di I picked the Yukon I wanted to purchase on Auto Trader. When I got there the vehicle was unavailable, being used by the owner's family member. They did not have another with the same features (4wd being a main one) so I waited for a call back and kept shopping. When it arrived they cleaned it and it met all of my expectations so I purchased it. After a couple hundred miles it died. Electrical problems. They had it towed back at their expense and replaced the battery and a battery cable that was grounding. 10 days later it died again, same manner. They towed it and replaced a switch and another cable. 2 weeks later driving home from the store it sputtered and the dash lights flickered so I took it back. The alternator was bad and likely the culprit to some of the other fixes. Since then it runs great. Problem: they did not thoroughly check the vehicle prior to sale Positive: they offered to replace the vehicle if they could not repair it to my satisfaction. They offered a loaner and paid for the towing and all repairs to make it right. Jim and his partner Todd were pleasant and helped me with the problems even on their days off. I would recommend this company but as with most used cars you should have them inspected independently. More
