Second Truck Purchase Hesitant Recommendation I was contacted immediately after showing interest online in a truck, Chris the internet rep was friendly and aggressive in helping to find a vehicle I was contacted immediately after showing interest online in a truck, Chris the internet rep was friendly and aggressive in helping to find a vehicle that fit my needs, found one relatively quick, was able to get it brought over to his location for me to see, truck looked fine, had minor cosmetic issues, carfax showed no issues that weren't addressed already. Was able to come to an agreement on monthly price, which was my mistake instead of working on overall cost of vehicle, obviously monthly price can be manipulated by loan term and other factors, financing was easy but the manager on duty, Janet Sandler, was unfriendly and did not seem sincere at all, almost didn't seem happy with her job to be frank, while still negotiating price and terms she had decided to go through another credit union who had even better rates than what they had originally offered me, and then made it seem like I should be grateful and she was doing me such a huge favor, but why would she not have done that from the beginning? Had them agree to fix windshield since it had a large chip, unfortunately they replaced it with an aftermarket version instead of an OEM Ford version (which I understand in most cases, it's a business like any other and we're all here to make a living and save where we can) which caused the truck to lose it's ability to weed out exterior noise. Once the loan was processed and financing was approved, it became hard to stay in contact with sales rep, seemed like he was avoiding calls, ended up having to just go down on a day off to get some other issues with the truck resolved. I will definitely be hesitant to make another purchase at trucks only, although I have had great luck with my first vehicle purchased from them, the staff make it really hard to want to return, I work in sales as well and know how big customer service is and what to expect and what not to expect, they provide great service at the beginning of the transaction and make every attempt to come off sincere, but twice now as soon as the financing is approved, the sales people seem to use "dodgy" tactics, I can say that the service or parts manager there was able to take care of the issues I had with my truck without hesitation and I had no problem getting things taken care of when I physically went down to the location, but who has time to be running around back and fourth, I would expect with a purchase of a vehicle the sales person would provide better service not just from the beginning but to the end as well and help make the process easy for everyone. More

The Manager Chris was very persistent and paid off Initially Bobby Jr. was our sales coordinator and he inadvertently sold us a truck for 72 months at 550.00 monthly. We accepted only to be called back in to sign papers not knowing anything and the only thing he told us was we had over 700.00 monthly payments. My wife and I were pissed. We were told to wait for the manager Chris to take this over. He called us on the phone and said not to do business anywhere else and he'd take a look at the case and just enjoy the truck and let him do the worries. A week later he called and told us to come in. We now have just over 600.00 payments at 60 days through our bank with Chase. That rocks! It's even our bank that rocks! He told me he knew this was a last time truck purchase and my dream since the military. Thank You Chris! The truck will be paid off early, I have my dream with my wife to enjoy it with and It's a Dodge lol! Dodge Ram 3500 6.7L cummins at 51,000 miles. Can't get no newer than that... More
