So this time when we were looking into getting a new car we decided to go look at what they had available, Albert was very nice to us took us around the whole lot. We looked at several cars and trucks before deciding on the GMC Envoy. It was late at night and we didn't think we would get anything that night but the whole team stayed with us past closing to get us into the vehicle. I was very shocked when they said we could take the vehicle home. In the past going to other car dealers we had to go through a lot of red tape they held us there for 6 to 8 hours just to find out we couldn't get financed. We were in and out and down the road within 2 hours we really appreciated everyone's hard work. Thanks Trucks Only More

Trucks Only for a good low pressure buying experience. After going though the lots of most of the big dealerships on Bell Rd, we found that the inventory of used crew cab trucks was very low. When we did stop to look at a vehicle, we were immediately attacked by high pressure sales people with all of the usual annoying tactics. We decided to look at Trucks Only as a last stop, expecting to strike out there as well. What we found was a refreshingly low pressure atmosphere and a good inventory of the type of trucks we were interested in. Our salesman Tom let us casually look through the lot gave us ample time to check out the vehicles we were interested in. We test drove two of the trucks which were nice but didn't exactly meet our needs. Tom introduced us to the sales manager Doug who asked what we were specifically looking for instead of trying to push one of his inventory trucks on us. He was able to find a truck that met our needs at the Apache Junction lot. They had the truck delivered up to Bell Rd by 11 am the next morning and we returned to check it out. The F-150 was exactly what we were looking for and in our price range. We purchased the truck slightly under blue book but got a very good trade in value for our car. There rest of the purchase experience was very casual and the transaction was completed in fairly short order. I would definitely recommend Trucks Only for a pleasant purchasing experience! More

Love Trucks Only I contacted Trucks Only with the impression that I was going to be told they couldn't do anything for me. Due to a divorce my credit was way less than I contacted Trucks Only with the impression that I was going to be told they couldn't do anything for me. Due to a divorce my credit was way less than perfect.. As a matter of fact I thought I would be laughed at for even trying. To my surprise I was contacted and told to come down. I had advised that I had wanted a truck. My dream truck is the nice lifted crew cabs but knew I couldn't afford one. There was one that caught my eye however the payments and length of time would not work. My salesman Bobby looked over his inventory to see if there was a tuck that would be suitable for what I needed. At the time I was there, there wasn't anything on the lot. I left Trucks Only feeling hopeless. I honestly thought I would not hear from Bobby again. The next day, Bobby called me. He had located a truck at another lot. Asked me to come down and take a look at it. He had told me that the truck was perfect and I would fall in love with it when I saw it. I didn't really think I would. Just assumed I would have to settle. When I saw this truck, my excitement level was through the roof! I couldn't believe he actually found this truck. It was perfect! Bobby went above and beyond for me! He treated me with respect even though my credit was not perfect. I love the truck he found for me!! It was more than what I ever expected! Even Janet in the finance department was outstanding! I will admit I was not expecting the excellent experience I had. Nobody likes to deal with dealerships but I will honestly say it was the best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle and I would recommend them to anyone and everyone I know! They allowed my husband and I to test drive our Jeep Rubicon for a good few hours in the afternoon, which provided us lots of time to think over our decision and made us feel comfortable (as opposed to another dealership where the Chrysler dealer salesperson seemed disinterested and did not bother providing us a requested test drive) but Trucks Only staff were so much more helpful and knowledgeable! Trucks Only's mechanic was a true expert and super personable. He knew all about Jeeps. The manager was helpful and Brian our salesperson was very easygoing and it was a no-pressure atmosphere.
