I was sitting in my Dream Truck within 60 minutes with the "right price" structure all but finalized.What was surprising , my options included several trucks, different options, colors etc--I had negotiated, with approval from my bank at a fabulous 2.26%. I was ready--then I was told, Trucks Only would offer me 1.99%--that sealed the deal. I have been to several new and used dealerships around town in the last few months looking for just the right truck that fit my work/personal needs. Due to the usual treatment at these places, I left several of the dealerships thinking I would never go back. Unlike the other dealerships, I felt completely comfortable with Trucks Only. A used truck is difficult to find in phoenix. Most are beat up and have very high mileage. Due to my previous experiences at other dealerships, i thought this truck would not be anything like the pictures and description on the website, or it would be a "bait and switch" vehicle. I was in for a surprise. This truck was exactly like the pictures and description and was actually a solid, low miles truck. When i first pulled into the dealership and saw the truck, I thought it was very nice looking, but was certainly not the one i was there to see. It actually was the truck, and looked and was better than the pictures. If this truck and my quick scan across the lot is any indication - Trucks Only, does not sell junk. I am sure the other people are great at this dealership, but if you go, ask to talk to Steve Bogan. I was very comfortable with him and the way he treated me. He was personable and friendly and did not play all the games you usually run into at other dealerships. If I ever need another truck for any reason, I will definitely buy it from Steve Bogan at Trucks Only on Bell road. More
