JD Power type Customer Service and Sales, Exemplary The most exemplary Customer Service from any car dealership in my lifetime was demonstrated recently. I had bought a truck from them and after a coup The most exemplary Customer Service from any car dealership in my lifetime was demonstrated recently. I had bought a truck from them and after a couple of days I noticed there was a white blue smoke coming out of the exhaust so I took it back, it turned out to be a major engine problem requiring replacing the engine. Trucks only has a lifetime warranty on the engine so Chris, the General Manager gave me a choice, a new engine or find something else on the lot that I liked and we would make a deal. I ended up getting a 2 year newer truck with 36 K less mileage and a 100,000 versus a 36000 mile extended warranty for just a few dollars more. Christopher Johnson and Dave the Service manager were on top of if, they said they would make it good and they definitely went above and beyond. When they say they stand behind their company and warranty the engine for life they deliver. This type of customer service is JD Power worthy. More
