I requested a K&N filter to be removed and replaced with factory air cleaner. Bobby had mechanic replace filter because I live in the country with dirt roads. Truck was on empty and he just about filled up our tank. Two days after purchasing the truck. He gave me a call and said he managed to drop our payments down to what we wanted earlier. I had never purchased a vehicle from Trucks Only but heard a Excellent service and exceptionally quick and easy process from the beginning to the end. I had never purchased a vehicle from Trucks Only but heard a commercial on the radio and didn't give it much thought. But as I thought about the age of my current truck and that I've been wanting to buy a new or newer truck, I decide to take a look at their inventory. I found two trucks that fit what I was wanting (2-3 yrs old, extended cab, no accidents, one owner, low miles, and loaded) so I sent an email inquiry about the two trucks. Within 15 minutes Bob Mulvania contacted me. We spoke briefly about what I was looking for in a new truck and what I was expecting as far as payment/rate and trade-in value, all while Bob took down the vitals on my current truck. The conversation went exceptionally well but ended so Bob could begin the process for the loan approval. An hour later he called me back with the loan approval at the sale amount and rate I was looking for and the trade-in value for my truck. The next day I met with Bob, inspected and test drove the truck. The truck was even better in person! Less than an hour later I was done signing the papers and driving out in a newer Silverado. I couldn't be happier with the purchase and the excellent condition of the truck , along with the outstanding service, and courteous people with whom I worked with. Thank you Trucks Only!!! More
