What was a skeptical experience turned into a positive the shopping experience at Trucks Only was extremely positive. Pete, our sales associate was willing to go above and beyond working with use to get th the shopping experience at Trucks Only was extremely positive. Pete, our sales associate was willing to go above and beyond working with use to get the deal we were looking for as well as fitting us with a truck for our needs. Pete went so far as to drive us personally to the Mesa location looking for the right truck. This is all the way from the Bell road location. Pete is exceptional at customer service! The skeptical aspect as described in my title of this review stems from the after sales experience when the truck we purchase showed that it had a few issues following an inspection. The issue ranged from small to a rather large issue with a catalytic converter. We immediately had concerns that we walked into a lemon; expecting a major hassle of having to deal with these issues. Rest assured, Pete and the Trucks Only team managed to correct the issues and provide a new set of tires for our troubles. I do not think you would get this treatment from one of those big box dealerships. Recommend Trucks Only and would purchase from them again in the future. More

Great experience! Highly recommend. I decided to trade in my suv as it was just not working out as far as a ranch vehicle we really needed as well as the expenses of owning the car.
