Deal NightMare First things first. I don't have the best credit score. I went to trucks only simply because I saw an 2008 Dodge Ram with Low miles on it. I signed (f First things first. I signed (financial) paper work and drove off the lot with this 2008 Dodge Ram on January 24th. At this time they led me to believe that it was a done deal. The truck was mine and it was financed. In the beginning of February I get a call. Saying I need to come back in and resign paper work. Turned out to be a good thing my monthly payment actually lowered. ( that's the 1 star ). A week later. I had to come in again for the same reason. But this time i had to sign the same exact contract I just signed a week ago. This time stating I signed in the wrong box or whatever. Once again led to believe that the deal was done. If you not keep tabs this is 3times signing paperwork not once was it mentioned anything was wrong. I got a call last night and asked me again. Now for the forth time to come back in and sign paperwork. At this point I'm confused and worried. I ask Janet what's going on. I've signed 3x's already. Janet the finance manager says not to worry. My payment is going down again. I get in there today and they ask me for an additional $1500 after already putting $3000 down on signing day back on January 24th. At this point I'm not willing to give them another dollar. So after waiting. The finance manager walks in and asks for the keys. Saying they are using the opt out clause. Guess something that's written on the back of the contract. (Not explaining what's going on or anything) very unprofessional. At the end of the day I do walk away getting all my money back. But gaining the embarrassment of driving a truck around for just about a month thinking it's mine. And in one minute getting it pulled away from me. If your going to buy a truck from Trucks Only. Please be aware of the finance game they will play. Also read every piece of paper they give to you or make you sign. Also I wouldn't drive anything off that lot without knowing you are officially signed and financed. Don't face the embarrassment of driving a car or truck around for a month and letting it get pulled from you. BE AWARE. More

it was ok While everyone was very helpful there was a few areas where the dealership fell short. The truck had engine problems and when it was brought up there was no persistence in getting it fixed... It still has not been fixed. It also took almost a month to get the loan finished. Every time I called no one had an answer. Also the truck was sold with illegal headlights that were supposed to be fixed but never where. More
