Great I took my brother in law in to take o look at maybe buying if first car here and while we were there got great customer service. The guy who attended use was really nice and even let use take the car home to show my wife unfortunately we did not get the car not for the price of it but the price of the insurance on it for a 19 year old that had a ticket and a crash on his record but I can say when the time is right I personally will be going back to buy a car here. Went beyond just selling a vehicle Because we live an hour away from the nearest dealership, we only visited the lot once. I called a few days later to ask the salesman to contact my credit union for financing info. Due to miscommunication, the wrong vehicle was financed. Then the vehicle was not available to pick up when promised. At the last minute, we were offered another vehicle, was new to the lot, it hadn't been serviced or inspected yet. The vehicle had a few issues, but we took possession of it anyway. These issues were promised to be addressed as soon as there was an opening at the shop. Pete Didonato and Rikki Romero did a great job taking care of us and getting most of our issues dealt with. They did a great job getting us a vehicle that they promised we would like, and we do. All this was done over the phone, without ever seeing the vehicle until we went to pick it up and sign the paperwork. Great job to Pete and Rikki for going beyond just selling a vehicle and looking out for their customers. More
