I got just the van I wanted. And at a good price I saw their website and was pleasantly surprised to see FOUR of the vans I was looking for. I wanted one of the large Nissan NV 1500 vans. I looked I saw their website and was pleasantly surprised to see FOUR of the vans I was looking for. I wanted one of the large Nissan NV 1500 vans. I looked at the provided Carfax and figured out which one I wanted. But there was another one that had a roof rack I wanted. I was later told I couldn't have that roof rack but they would buy me a new one. It took a few weeks but they came through! I discovered that the roof racks are built when ordered. They have no stock. But they built the rack and shipped it to Phoenix. It was an easy install even for a 62 year old. So it was a win - win. I got a great trade in on my Ford Transit Connect and paid a fair price for the van. No buyer remorse here! I love this big van! Thanks to everyone at Trucks Only! More

Friendly staff, fair pricing I went to the Trucks Only location on Bell Road in Phoenix on 4/26/16 to view and test drive a 2008 Toyota Tacoma. Overall, the experience was decent. I went to the Trucks Only location on Bell Road in Phoenix on 4/26/16 to view and test drive a 2008 Toyota Tacoma. Overall, the experience was decent. The staff was courteous and attentive. The test drive went well and we were able to come to an agreed price on the vehicle and my trade in. I did have to do a bit of arm twisting to get the truck washed and cleaned prior to leaving, which from a customer service perspective I felt was a bit odd, but the manager explained that they are not a "big box" full service dealership. Overall, the experience was decent and I would recommend this location if you are looking for a late model truck/SUV. More
Couldn't have been more happily surprised! For a month, I had been trying to sell my 2012 Infiniti FX35 Limited Edition on-line via Cars.com as a private individual for $27k, with no success. I took the vehicle to Carmax who offered me $23k. Then, while finding out the Kelley Blue Book value of selling to a Dealer, I selected the "Get an Instant Offer" button and was pleased to see an offer for $24,955 from Trucks Only in Mesa. After meeting with Bob Mulvania and then Chris Sullivan, we came to an agreement of $24,500 which was a price that made us both feel good. It was a completely different experience for me with selling a car. It was quick, professional, no theatrics or song and dance, just realistic numbers. I was in and out of there in a hour and a half, relieved to have gotten a fair price and to be done with the deal with a check in my hand. I will never try to sell to the general public again with having to worry about my safety, compromising my privacy and exposing myself to identity theft by selling on-line. In my mind, Trucks Only was an unlikely buyer for my luxury vehicle but knowing that Kelley Blue Book was involved gave me the confidence to be open-minded. The Trucks Only facility was very clean, well organized and professionally run. EVERYONE there from the people in the lot, to the employees in the office, to the sales and management people were exceptionally courteous. Baffled Found truck via internet. Put deposit on truck. Showed up next day test drive truck. Noticed a vibration from drivetrain. Had it in contract to fix. S Found truck via internet. Bring truck in 2 days later to find the vibration is from driveshaft not being lubed. Also had the front rotors and breaks replaced. Found all 4 tires also part of vibration but dealership said they arent bad only "cupped". Makes me wonder if truck was ever checked out before being sold. Get call that needed to sign more bank papers which confused me as I already signed a contract. Show up today and get told I need to pay additional $1k down. My response was I was already approved and paid down payment and have signed contract. Get told the bank that approved after I have truck a week and half is requiring additional $1k and I need to sign new contract. And instead of payments going down with higher down payment the term of loan shortens by a year. i dont carry money around like that nor have it readily available so said can do in 30 days to be told to bring what I can in 4 days and go from there. I live an hour away via freeway and have to keep running back and forth on my only day off for last 3 weeks. Contract is a contract. How can it be changed and require me to pay additional $1k down. How's tires being cupped so bad the truck vibrates non stop and steering wheel shakes not be bad tires. Internet salesman was great. Finance person didn't explain much of anything while signing papers. More
