Bobby is very knowledgeable, but the paperwork getting changed so many times is very overwhelming. Janet seemed to be the ONLY one who would listen, and get it done right. The tailgate on this truck is not the original it is a different color, this was laughed off. I am going to get it painted, but other than that I Love my Ram! More

Great customer service ! I bought a truck from Trucks Only, Mesa in September 2015. The truck was immaculate, and the price was correct according to KBB. I drove the truck unt I bought a truck from Trucks Only, Mesa in September 2015. The truck was immaculate, and the price was correct according to KBB. I drove the truck until April 2017, with absolutely no problems. I put over 40.000 miles on it during that time. In December 2016 we moved from Phoenix to Denver, Colorado. In March 2017 a sales person from Trucks Only called me to see if I was interested in selling my truck back to them, and buy another one. They offered me a special deal, as an existing customer. As I was headed to Phoenix in the beginning of April anyway, I decided to stop by Trucks Only, to see if a deal was possible. I really did not want to get rid of my Nissan Frontier. I just loved that truck ! But I found one I liked even more, and decided to see if I could make a deal with Trucks Only. I was very hard to deal with, as I really did not need to make a change. In a period of over 2 days I was negotiating with the dealership. Finally we came to an agreement, and I drove off in my newer and bigger truck. ----- The only reason I decided to make a change was because of the way I was being treated, - by the sales rep, the finance department and all others involved. There was no pressure put on me, no lies being told to me. Trucks Only knew what I wanted, and they found a way to meet my requirements. Not at any time did I sense frustration on behalf of anyone involved, even though I was being very difficult. If I ever need another truck, I will go back to Trucks Only. As a matter of fact, I am pretty sure my son-in-law, who was with me in Phoenix, has decided he will go to Trucks Only in the near future, as he is also looking for a truck. I've been to a few dealerships in the past where I literally spent all day trying to get the best deal... that's the thing I dreaded the most was spending my entire day at the dealership and away from my family. When we pulled up a Salesman helped us right away we looked at a few vehicles, took a few on a test drive. We ended up finding the one and went inside to get an the out-of-door cost. We then signed the paperwork and left in our new vehicle in less than three hours. Trucks only made buying a vehicle the most painless process ever! I highly recommend this dealership! More
