Quick process for financing I have chosen to give it three stars for overall dealership as I feel that there is a lack of communication between the employees in the office. Although the truck needed some work and they had it for 20 days after We purchased it the communication about our truck between the repair shop and the office was not good when one was absent the other had no idea what was going on and left us in the dark many a times More

Didn't buy the truck I called for the price on a truck listed on their website. They wouldn't ever give me the price instead they would only quote me a monthly payment. I made an appointment to look at the truck I was interested in. I found the truck in need of paint repair, the power seat didn't work, the truck needed 6 tires, and when I drove the truck it made lane changes on its own. I felt uncomfortable they would even consider offering the truck in this condition. We looked all throughout the valley at several 3/4 ton SUV's - my husband was very specific about the load rating & engine he wanted. Had a good experience with Reggie, then came back and drove it and looked it over thoroughly. We really appreciated that they helped us to check it out completely - even underneath. Helped us determine that it was a quality vehicle with some things needing replaced. The only not-so-great experience we had with the transaction was in negotiations when our salesman, Jesse, started with a price several thousand higher than what it was listed for online. Felt like game-playing, not appreciated. We pointed out the advertised price and then felt they were fair to us on price, considering NADA value vs. things needing fixed/replaced. Finance transaction was efficient & quick, we had KY-specific paperwork that they helped us with and notarized, definitely no complaints there. In all, a very good experience and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. More
